AustriaNot really necessary, but having a frigobar in the room, or one in the lobby (eg with card payment) to get a cold beverage at night time, would be useful.
Very good hotel, centrally located and easy access to road, parking, restaurants and ski slopes. Staff of the hotel extremely kind and attentive. Spa area very well fitted for skiers (it may be a bit small if hotel is crowded). Excellent and very assorted breakfast (not common for a small hotel of the kind).

Enjoyed staying in a spacious room with a French window and picturesque view, The bed mattress and pillows were suuuuper comfortable and soft , I just made an effort every morning to force myself out of the bed:-) very good cleaning Nice breakfast area, and a good selection of choices for breakfast . I enjoyed the spa area as well with a variety of facilities: sauna, steam room, infrared cabin. it was also very nice to have lots of fresh towels in the spa area. Helpfull owner

Absolutely beautiful and cosy hotel. Traditional Austrian design decorated with great flare by the lovely Beatrix who owns and runs it with her husband Werner. Our room was modern and spacious with very comfy bed,quality fittings and furnishings and a balcony - with great views across the mountain and up and down the main centre street while being set back off the road up the hill a bit so nice and quiet at the same time. Best buffet breakfast ever with so much variety and beautifully presented and served by the lovely Beatrix and Lili. We arrived by train and easy bus ride from Landeck. Short walk to gondalas - 2 options. We left our skis and boots at the hire shop the Werner recommended which is at the entrance to one of them which was very convenient. Magnificent sauna, steam room etc area also which was quite a surprise. Wish we could have stayed longer!

RussiaEverything was just perfect. Location was great, right in the middle of Ischgl but at the same time far enough from noise of the bars and night clubs. Breakfast was diverse and beautifully served for a perfect start of the day. Room-cozy,perfect sound isolation, everything new. Hospitality was superb, everyone was very positive and helpful. I really appreciated a room upgrade from single to double ( I was travelling alone) without extra charge. Overall service was very nice, i really enjoyed very customer oriented approach in everything. Thank you!
