The hotel apartment was much bigger than I expected and it was perfect for our family of 4. The hotel staff were very helpful and responsive and offered great customer service. We enjoyed the comfy beds, relatively quiet street, and wonderful area for exploring local less busy cafes and restaurants. Hoping on to nearby trams made reaching all major attractions easy. Our only issues was a small maintenance concern that the hotel staff addressed quickly and courteously.

difficult getting in if you dont know u have to press a bell and push a door at same time and difficult having such a long code to get into rooms as 1 time i couldnt find it and no staff where there so it made me anxious for a moment but i guess its safer to have this long code

The room was right next to reception and the staff spoke super loudly after 9pm and before 7am which disturbed our sleep.

We were there in early January and found it interesting that the cafe's and restaurants didn't seem to open till about 9am!

Very authentic accommodation. High ceilings, large rooms, entrance and staircase in. Good location felt relatively central as we could walk everywhere. Friendly staff and although not all staff could speak english we made it work and they went out of their way to be helpful. Would recommend if you are looking for value for money and authentic accommodation

It’s a bit noisy in the evening when everyone gets back to his rooms, but it’s not a big deal.

It was not the hotel's fault, but the elevator was under maintenance, so we had to bring heavy suitcases up and down by ourselves.

We asked a hotel staff that we needed to put the cheese in the fridge, and also the room was a little too cold. Then they immediately gave us a small fridge and a heater for free. They were so kind and friendly.

Not being able to stay longer.

One of the appealing features of this apartment was its provision of two full beds instead of a sofa bed, which adds to the overall comfort. The spacious layout is well-suited for four adults, allowing for a pleasant experience that truly reflects the charm of a Viennese residence. While it may not be located right next to the major tourist attractions, the location is quite convenient, offering easy access to public transportation. This makes it an ideal choice for visiting the Christmas markets, which was our primary objective for the trip.

Bed wasn’t most comfortable and there was a light right above the bed that made it tricky getting in and out during the night without hitting head. Don’t let this put you off it is a great hotel

It would be good to have a few more supplies in the kitchen. More teabags/coffee and some milk would have been nice.

Size of property was excellent and it had everything we needed. Location was perfect to explore all the sights. I would definitely recommend this property.

The furniture was not as depicted. Very bare. Broken coffee machine in hallway. One pillow each, very soft. Needs a good repair man.

This is a very basic guest house. More like an up market hostel.. If you take it as such, for the money, it is excellent. Lovely staff. Clean and organised. Plenty of hot water. Kettle in room. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked great. Quiet too and secure.

Although this pension was close to the Ratzhaus and other downtown features, there is absolutely no parking. If you are coming in with a vehicle, be prepared to pay €38 per day. The hotel said they would be able to charge only €19 but that is for a parking garage that we could not find. Also, the beds were a bit run down. My back took the brunt. Stairs are the norm in an old building, although they did have an elevator for 1 person at a time. Very small. Check-in was a bit convoluted, but we figured it out since the owner was the only one that spoke English. No frills, but we still paid the down town price. We also think that there was a "service charge" for cleaning services? And we only stayed the 1 night.

The overall experience was fine. The location from the Christmas markets was the best thing about our stay. Just 5 mins away. There were a few restaurants and markets in the area too.

The rooms are sparsely furnished. It would have been nice to have a set of drawers.

Great location with easy assess to different transportation. Very clean and very quiet at night. Loved the listing of Christmas markets, along with descriptions and directions. We did them all!
