The bathroom was a bit small, and the TV was not in the best location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant they suggested was very good. It is in a great location near many attractions and public transit. They did our laundry quickly and it was moderately priced.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Decent breakfast but breakfast room was cramped. Room was fine but could have done with a mirror in the main bedroom, 3 ladies fighting for the bathroom to get ready was tough going. Overall very good and would stay again.

The shower was very small, making it heart to turn around, and I'm a woman of average height and build. The breakfast room seating was rather tight.

The location was amazing! Right in the heart of the city. We could walk to everything. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good range of options and some could be custom ordered.

This is the second time we have stayed there and after I get home and check my credit card there has been a charge of $10.50, which is not explained. We have never used anything from the mini bar, so is this some kind of tax. We have always paid in advance, so this extra charge is annoying.

Breakfast is very nice and location is excellent for seeing the sights of the inner city.

No parking, and it is hard to find anything around hotel (in the city center) that can be a problem for people with huge luggage, dogs etc) Room was a little bit smaller than expected, with esthetique charm and nice.

Staff was super nice) Breakfast was quite ok. We traveled with our 2 dogs and didn't meet any problems. Need to understand this is a hotel in old build with everything that you can expect related to that)

The reason fir my relatively low score was the price for my single room. It was unacceptably high for such a tiny cupboard. I ve glimpsed other rooms when they were being cleaned and they were perfectly nice but my single monk”s cell should have been 20% cheaper

There’s no socket near the bed. It’s quite trouble some having to walk back and forth between the toilet and the sink, which located in the bathroom side.

Way too pricey for what it offers. It was noisy as the windows are not sound proof. The bathroom was clean but really dated and worn. Breakfast space too small for the number of guests. Quality of breakfast not commensurate with the room price. Really bad service in the breakfast room.

The fire alarm went off but no one from the hotel was available on the number provided to help. The guests stood around not knowing what to do.

The hotel is in a fabulous location overlooking Stephenplatz. The room was very large as was the bathroom. The breakfast is generous.

View fantastic. Breakfast adequate but a bit boring! Tables not very well set out and a bit of a squeeze. Fire brigade turned up twice as alarms went off. Once was 1am but disappointed that no staff to make sure all out safely. One old couple o lot got out once we were all going back in. False alarm but could have been worse! No apology from hotel, not even mentioned next day!!’n

We came by car - so its almost impossible to get close to the front door to unload luggage. Luckily we were traveling with my daughters who did all the transporting and heavy lifting. Also the bathtub is raised very high and a awkward to get into for an older person.

The location is prime. Being able to walk to all the places made me glad that I opted to be there. The breakfast was good. The staff was wonderful. The is a discount for the parking garage of $30 euros insteat of the stated $50 posted price if you pay at the front desk.
