The location is perfect in the sunny side of the picturesque village, the free ski shuttle bus stops at the hotel door and you could ski back . The staff is amazing starting with Martin and his team at the front desk, the people in the restaurant and the bar. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the common areas inside and outside are cosy and the overall ambiance very welcoming.The breakfast was very delicious.

AustriaWe experienced an exceptional stay at Hotel Plattenhof. Particularly the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, polite, and forthcoming. Their warm and accommodating demeanor created a familiar and welcoming feeling throughout our stay. It was clear that they went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and well cared for, which made a lasting impression. The food was another highlight, offering excellent quality. Dining was a true pleasure at Hotel Plattenhof. Firstly due to quality and secondly due to the exceptionally attentive service. The atmosphere of the property was equally noteworthy, blending comfort and charm in a way that made it feel like a home away from home. Altogether, the combination of friendly staff, great food, and inviting ambiance created a wonderful experience we cannot recommend the hotel more and will be sure to book another stay.

SpainThe hotel is starting to show its age. Also, the staff is super friendly, but they drop the bar regarding execution. I booked half board, and when we went down for dinner, the waiter argued with saying that we didn't book half board. I had to go to the front desk to argue with them and show them my booking so they would tell the waiter to serve us dinner. Also, when i checked out, I saw and extra 95 euro charge on my bill. It was a guest check from another room that was added to my account. I had to argue with them so they would take it off my tab.
The breakfast variety was great. The hotel was super flexible with the check-out time, given that nobody was checking into our room after we left. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had an excellent bathtub.

United KingdomBe careful with this hotel if you book a junior suite. We went with friends who also booked a junior suite. Their room contained a very large bed, large bathroom, large shower and bathtub. For the same price we got a tiny bathroom with no shower. It had a small bath with a make shift hose as the shower. If you are tall you will hit your head off the ceiling, as it angles over the bath. The bed was two single beds and the decor was really dated. Really really disappointing. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, they spoke to the lady manager who didn’t even approach me to address it herself. Really poor management and customer service.

This is a superb place full of great people. The hotel is the epitome of wonderfully understated but superb hospitality. Pleasingly, from the moment you enter the hotel lobby, you can expect to be treated like a valued friend. As an indication of the high level of service that we experienced, the welcome drink was personally prepared by the hotel’s urbane and witty manager Othmar. His team is first rate, with every player on the team being unfailingly and sincerely pleasant and obliging. It should be noted that the food is superbly presented and excellent as well. Thank you for sharing your hospitality with us.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff and great facilities. Guest comfort and satisfaction is clearly at a high priority for this hotel and they do everything to make your experience as good as possible. Great location for skiing with a wide variety of breakfast / dinner options. Lukas, Ondrej, Dominika (our waiters) as well as the General Manager Othmar truly made our stay exceptional. Thank you and we will be back!
