a hall (vestibul) is not too friendly looking and looks worned out and a bit dirty, although it is not; you should invest a little bit of money and design ideas

Check out time is 10:30 am which is VERY unusual at the least… and when we explained that to the front desk, because we couldn’t leave till 12:00 noon- they said OK, but the cleaning staff came at 10:29 knocking at our door in order to leave. Front desk didn’t communicate to cleaning staff that we’re staying.

The room was big and only one heater wasn't enough.

The (guy) staff who was on duty when we arrived was not very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than checkin time in which we communicated to them before hand. He said no rooms are ready yet but then we later observed that actually a few rooms were already cleaned up but he insisted us to wait until like noon time. We arrived there very early in the morning with no sleep and food. He could have at least offered us to sit somewhere comfortable and be more welcoming.

Location is so convenient and the food for breakfast is good!

Everything was excellent - one tiny suggestion I would make is to put a lock on the baggage room.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location at a very fair price. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, as was the rest of the building. The hotel is within the ring of central Vienna and all major tourist sites are a few minutes walk away. There's also a metro stop one minute from the hotel, if needed.

Got some construction workers doing noises in the hotel at 7am... Which is not cool. Some of the staff members would also benefit smiling a bit more.

Location is great and one of the most comfortable bed + pillow I had in an hotel. The buffet breakfast was very nice as well and always refurnished

We had to wait for a long time to have hot water for shower.

Excellent location near the center of Vienna. Very good breakfast with variety of products. Helpful staff at breakfast especially Eirini who speaks Greek. Nice comfortable room for this price that we booked

It was not clear how the heating in the bathroom works, it was not cold though. The floor in the room was not flat everywhere.

Great location close to the center in a very beautiful palace. You can park your car in a garage nearby (2min walk from the hotel), no need to book in advance as the hotel have reserved spaces and will give you a card to enter the garage. Breakfast was OK, no much variety though.

Beds were too soft and sagging a little too much. I am personally not fond of taking a shower in a bath tub but I can understand the hotel wants to offer both options.

Big and quiet room (standard twin room). Good variety at breakfast. Good central location. Friendly staff. In my opinion good value for Vienna standards.

I did need my ear buds to sleep, as it was quite noisy during the night, also on the corridor. I understand that this is a historical building, so that sound isolation might be really hard to influence. Too minor things that I missed and that can be easily fixed are an electric kettle in the room for some tea after a cold day and that super enlarging mirror in the bathroom that has no function, but is in my opinion part of a hotel room experience 😉

The location is amazing and the breakfast was quite nice.

I asked the lady at reception about some taxi information. She did not bother to answer me, just told me there are taxis down the street, I should ask them instead.

Great location. Breakfast selection was sufficient for a short-term stay. We were in need of a fridge for some medications. It's conveniently located next to reception, so I can get the items myself instead of bothering hotel staff.

The shower in the bath is quite difficult to negotiate for older people. There is no coffee/tea making facility in the room and nothing available in the hotel after breakfast has finished: we really missed not being able to get a hot drink in the hotel in the evening after some chilly days sightseeing. I think even just a hot drinks machine would be a good addition.

The hotel is in a great position, close to the centre of Vienna, but in a quiet street. The rooms are spacious.

Location was great, easy walking distance to places of interest. Room was fine but the hotel internet was very patchy. Breakfast was varied and had something for everyone. The Dining Room staff were lovely.
