From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the hotel’s beautifully decorated facade, complete with elegant lighting and stylish doors that set the tone for a memorable stay. Breakfast was a treat as well, featuring top-quality local ingredients that added a special touch to the meal. The owners were incredibly warm and gracious, taking the time to share the heartwarming story of their family and making us feel truly valued as guests. Their hospitality added a personal and meaningful element to our stay. The spa day was an absolute highlight! The outdoor pool offered stunning panoramic views, and the sauna experience was truly one-of-a-kind, especially with the aufguss session that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Overall, this was the perfect getaway. Every detail, from the atmosphere to the service, was exceptional. We can’t wait to return and create more unforgettable memories!

I would personally prefer a proper shower instead of the one in the tub, but it is a minor detail.

The staff is really nice speaking in Italian with us, we felt welcome, and the attention to details like the handwritten (again in italian) welcome messages or communication were really appreciated. The SPA area is really good, modern, clean and with great relaxing area. Breakfast was rich and of good quality.

Superb! Central location only a few steps from the slopes. It is also located next to the Römerbad, but we actually preferred the hotel’s spa that was absolutely perfect… Free parking on the premises and a spectacular breakfast!

Everything was superb.

They upgraded our room on their own for free, it was really nice and clean room with a view of the ski slopes. We loved the food and spa area (which is new and very quiet). The staff was also very attentive and really paid attention to small details as personalized notes, gifts…

I loved everything, i have never experienced a hotel with such a big hearth. We arrived on the coulinary day with 6 course dinner menu and it was delicious! They put effort in everything they do. Our room was really artistically special, made by local artist, spa is beautiful and cozy, it was a short walk to the nearest ski gondola for skiing, really recomend this hotel!

The older waiter kept talking only in German even though we specifically said we don't speak German. It doesn't make sense to keep insisting on it if the other counterparty doesn't speak it..

Food in general was excellent, and hotel is close to the skii lifts. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, spa area is also nice.

The carpeted floor of the room was worn out. And I like showering in a real shower more than in a bathing tub, but that‘s maybe just me.

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful and also helped us to bend the rules about dogs in the breakfast room. The cleaning staff was also super-friendly and the everything was always perfectly clean. The room was spacious and didn‘t lack any comfort.

We loved everything! Hotel Pragant is a wonderful place to enjoy the Austrian mountains, both in the winter and in the summer. Friendly and kind staff (Sabrina is super kind and helpful), very clean facility, good food, a great indoor pool and sauna area. We plan to come back soon :)
