Very convenient and simple online self check in process and access to the property facilitated with a code provided before the arrival. Quite small, but perfectly adequate room in a very central location. Very good option for a short stay, especially a solo traveler

It was the wonderfull greeting and really nice communication that really stood out. The place of the apartament is just perfect (near the center and few minuts from Airport bus 2 stop in Schwedenplatz, Spar is a few meters away). The room was cozy and very clean. Thank you!

I stayed with my friends and for 3 people the room was enough spacious, it was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, exactly in the city center where you can walk to everything. Being in the center didn't create any noise, and the isolation is good, so we slept well. The wi-fi is good also, the room is in a nice old building and it's very safe.

The bathroom was smelly, came from the pipes maybe, we needed to close the bathroom door in the first day. Later it moderated as we used the water. The big bed was actually two beds, with my partner we had some discomfort.

The room and the bathroom was nice and well equipted, the design was excellent too. We felt appreciated guests, we got more than expected. The location is awesome, we reached everything we wanted to see on foot. The windows look at the street, so the room is light.

A bit noisy at new year’s eve, but there are earplugs led for those that would need them.

The room was very noisy. The radiator kept making a noise ALL night, so we barely slept. it was also boiling in (despite being freezing outside) even with the windows open. I asked to have the AC but it was refused, supposedly due to environmental reasons, but then they kept changing our towels every day (we did not request that). One night we also could not even open the windows as the club opposite our room had their music full blast - also did not sleep. Due to this, we got offered a late checkout, yay you would say. but our code to enter the building and our room did not get extended, we were not informed either... so we then needed to call the office to get in... poor customer service/service overall. Also, could make an effort on the 'free toiletries' a hand/body/shampoo soap in the shower is not for everybody.

Clean and great location in the heart of Vienna. The bed is very comfy and the shower is great!

The heating - no notification ahead of time that the AC is turned off during winter. I contacted reception and they were very helpful, came to reinstate it straight away after the first night but the heating system really needs some work. We were awoken each night by the sound of the pipes cracking as they were too hot when our rads were turned off which kept us awake, even with radiators turned off just the bars supplying other rooms were so hot the room was roasting. There was an issue of some kind with the toilet on the last day, the smell of drains was terrible but I am sure this will be amended given how clean it was overall.

Room was much smaller than expected - I had booked a room with 3 beds to have more space and got a room with 2 beds and where a third would not have fit. I would’ve just then just paid less for a room for only 2 people (which I suspect would have looked the same)

This property was in center that was great. We never see any staff except the last day that I had to go to several floor to find someone. Room is small but as long as we are out most of the time it was ok. It is walking distance to train station and many area of attractions.

A few days later I returned for another night but was given room 102 (1st floor). I did not find this stay as enjoyable, I'm not sure if it was a worst night to be there but the room was not as soundproof as the one I had on the 2nd floor. I could hear the person in the next room and had to tell them to be quiet at 11pm, and I could hear every vehicle passing on the street, even with earplugs.

On my first night here I stayed in room 201 (2nd floor) and had a wonderful stay. Free water bottles waiting in the fridge as well as earplugs by the bedside are a welcome addition.

There was a problem with the pillows it just made me really itchy. My head was really itchy all night, and I couldn't sleep both nights

I like the convenience it was central to everything and a member of staff was very helpful giving me information about trains etc

The air conditioning was not turned on. The property advertises having air conditioning as one of the amenities however despite it being 80 degrees out they would not turn it on. When I asked the hotel staff they said they could cancel my room and give me a full refund but that was the only solution and as it was the day I checked in and would have no where else to stay it was not a good solution. Overall a nice hotel but keep in mind that some of the amenities advertised are false.

Flickering ceiling lamp, shower head squirting water all over shower cabin, despite ordering double bed room it was just a twin bed room with twin beds stacked together, having wine glasses would be a huge bonus

Unbeatable location for the price tag, great cleaning service every day, nice building, pre-placed water bottles in the mini fridge
