The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in such apartments. The family who run this place was extremely friendly and caring. Also the possibility to pack the breakfest to go was really great! I hope I will come back in the summer for some hikes :) and thank you for the schnapps for road.

The energy of the owners was amazing. We loved it. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough. We were even allowed to pack what we didn't eat to take with us. If you need a vegetarian or vegan breakfast please let them know upfront. We came to ski, after the day we prepared the ski boots, they let them dry for us, and next morning they were prepared for us. We came coincidentally at valentine's weekend so there was a lot of decoration prepared for us, which made our mood during the stay even better.

Great vacation! So many impressions. The room was beautifully decorated and, most importantly, spotlessly clean. Everything was carefully thought out for comfort. The bathroom had a full set of toiletries. The welcome champagne, sweets, and water were a lovely surprise. The balcony offered a breathtaking view of the Alps. The hosts were very friendly, sociable, kind, and attentive. They even asked about our breakfast preferences. The breakfast was delicious, and they let us take anything we couldn't finish for the road. My wife was especially happy to meet their amazing Labrador, Zeus :) They arranged discount cards for the ski slopes for us. At checkout, we were once again pleasantly surprised by the nice gifts.

The location of the house is fantastic. The area is situated in a valley overwhelmed by the snowy mountains. The house is a typical alpine style building with handmade wooden terrace. Parking is simple. Inside the house is very clean and equipped with all the equipments necessary (shower gel, lotion, hair dryer) for holidays. Our stay included breakfast (strongly recommended) which was abundant, with local bakeries, ham, jam etc. The owners are lovely, outstandingly helpful and caring. We have also been invited to a party during New Year's Eve which included champagne, punch, homemade smoked trout and goulash soup. If you are visiting Abtenau, there is nothing more you can choose.

Interaction and hospitality was beyond and above. It was the first time that somebody ever asked us our proper preference for a vegan breakfast , even the amenities and little treats in our room were overwhelming. I highly recommend this place.

If it was possible I would rate my stay 100/10. The hosts took such good care of us and our individual needs. Provided lactose free options in the breakfast, tended to the needs of my dog and helped with extra things upon need. Our experience was beyond expectations. The room is cozy and comfortable with a splendid view of the mountains. Everything was great! Will definitely come back again. Special shout out to the hosts. They were truly incredible!

We really loved to stay in this accommodation, it was in a very cute town that was all white from the snow, the way to the city was also astonishing. Around the house was also a lot of snow. Hannes and Franziska were super friendly and welcoming. They had some treats on our arrival, and breakfast was also very complete. We only stayed one night as we had our flight the next day, otherwise we would had extended our stay. We really enjoyed it; thank you!
