Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Relaxing! Nice very well maintained Hotel. Fancy dinner, nice beakfast, beautiful view to the river.... This is really relaxing place. Spa area small but elegant, hopfuly the construction work will be finished in the neigborhood very soon... The village itself nice clean and calm, nice walks and bike tour possibilities in the region. realy good, I can only recommend it! Monday night was pretty funny: the maxi bar a self service - of course for a fee- was great! way beeter than a minibar.

HungaryBreakfast, this is a served event, maybe a small buffet would be easyer, for the staff and for the hotel gueasts as well. This was elegant nice, but if we want eg. to have an other cup of orange juice we hade to ask the staff, maybe we could serve us ourselves... this was not a real issue...I am more familiar with a buffet breakfast
The room was simple perfect. The small details were really nice, like teracce, furniture, cleanliness. The toalet and the bathroom was fare above the everage. Everywhere 1st class quality. The bed was really excellent. The surraounding,like pool, yoga area, and sauna, nice, well equipt. AND: the coffee in the bar in the afternoon, the espresso was the best in Austria! This was on a level of a speciallity coffee. Congratulation! The dinner, was great, wery nice area, food were tasty, good wines, elegant event. perfect.

SwedenEverything about Hotel Refugium was exceptional, from the moment I arrived tired from long travels and was immediately offered a cold drink. The room was spacious and well laid out. The view from the balcony over the river and the mountains was very relaxing. Breakfast was great with fresh squeezed orange juice and local foods. This is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at.
