First is Parking! 30 euros for a day! this is absurd! Second is the breakfast; breakfast is not included in the room price, you can take breakfast separately for 30 euros per person!! there is a simplified breakfast "one cup of coffee + some bread and marmalade" for 14 euros! this is absurd.

The best bed, very good room. Clean and silent. Personals are very respectful and professional. Good SPA and sauna (included in room price)

I enjoyed my stay, no complaints here.

The rooms were perfect. The location was excellent for the football stadium, the palace and the U4 train goes straight to the center of Vienna.

The cost of parking in the hotel is IMHO very expensive.

We loved the breakfast and the very pleasant staff at the reception. Also, there is everything you might need to buy for your trip in and around the hotel.

Firstly - a transparent glass wall in the bathroom, especially when traveling with your family and taking twin beds room -the see through wall was totally unnecessary and uncomfortable. Secondly- the floor was not mopped while cleaning and tea coffee were not replaced at all even when we left some tips . Also we were disappointed when on our last night we came back to hotel earlier to enjoy sauna (which according to the reception worked till 22:00) and it was already closed at 20:30. And the last thing which was the most annoying part it’s on our check out day, when different hotel employees knocked our door 5 times from 9 am when we had do not disturb sign and check out was at 11! One lady didn’t even knock and just walked in the room! I don’t understand, is it a plan of hurrying up the guests to check out earlier or what? It shouldn’t be happening at all , especially with do not disturb sign .

Overall we liked the hotel , the interior was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and the location was great , sauna was very good as well . Everyone would be great but there are disadvantages which reduced my ranking I listed below

Check in and check out times are good. always a high standard of service generally. Rooms are of a good quality for the price. Right next to a metro. Good bar available if you want to use it.

The trash was not cleared in the bathroom and it had some scary device inside. The staff came and removed the device right away and apologized.

Price for a car in a parking garage was 30 €/per night. We could not heat our room. Only the radiator in bathroom was hot. The central heating system could not heat. We told about this problem to the receptionist, but no one was fix the problem.

The bathroom has a transparent wall where the mirror is. Awkward when you’re travelling with a family member and annoying if someone needed to use the toilet at night since turning on the bathroom lights light up the room

Beautiful hotel. Right next to the metro so we were able to get to anywhere in Vienna very easily but don’t worry the rooms are sound proofed enough that you don’t really hear the metro at night. The room was cleaned everyday and everyone we met at the reception were super nice and helpful. We were able to store our bags after checkout which was very convenient.
