Nothing. Nothing to blame or hate everything was as expected and even more.

The place was clean and modern. The room was big and spacious. The staff was nice and we had a very good time. The location is good and you can't find a better option for the price. Would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a affordable yet clean and modern place to stay in the beautiful city of Vienna.

Main street next to the hotel was source of unacceptable noise in our room. We could hardly get any sleep. I was very surprised that rooms are not soundproof.

Rooms looked very nice and stylish, same goes for breakfast. Huge choice of any kind of meals. Staff was also professional. Hotel is close to Schönbrunn, that was our need.

The staff was very helpful. Very polite reception. Always willing to help you. They will advise the places where to go, eat, and relax. It was very pleasant to receive a small cake and greeting card on the Birthday after me and my partner returned from the day walking. It was really delicious! Thank you so much 🙏 The additional wanted to mention that everything in the hotel was perfect. The room was very clean, the location of the hotel very convenient. The subway is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. I will recommend it to all my friends and definitely will stay there again!

The basin was high for me and the shower didn’t have a proper door

Great hotel with an amazing location, we stayed there for 1 night during a road trip through Europe, but we were sad that we couldn't stay longer. Definitely, we'll visit it again next time. P.S. Also we had our cat with us :)

There arent to many resurants around but honest the journey into the city is so short it wasn;t a problem.

The staff here were so helpful and friendly. I accidentally booked a twin room and they had no issue at all moving us to one with a double bed. The rooms were very spacious, and super comfy. Its in between two train stations (dont worry you cant hear them) and you can be right in the city centre within 10-15 minutes.

There were spots and streaks and marks on the walls and the room was not properly cleaned in hard to reach places like behind the coffee maker. The parking spaces are extremely tight, I could only use 3 or 4 of them and still get out of my car. The ambience in the room was very weird, more like a BDSM parlor than a hotel room.

Staff was fantastic, very nice and helpful. The bed and furniture were comfortable. Was a bit weird not being able to open the window, but central heating/cooling worked fine.

The location is far from the center I had to change the room because the bathroom was not clean. The toilet seat had hair on it and the bathtub water has residue and the drain was clogged. House keeping are not good in reporting damages of the room so it would be fixed before new people check in. It was disgusting.

Parking is a bit expensive.

Very good location, 2 min walk from the underground. Hotel is very well furnished and clean. Staff is also very friendly. There is an APCOA parking close to it where you can park for 5-6e per day.

I would appreciate if few bathroom accessories were added. Like dental kit and robes.
