Great Wellness area with different saunas, and nice indoor and outdoor pool. Great offers for kids to play and really nice little village also for a dog to tag along. Big family room and bathroom.

The choice of food was a bit worse than in our first stay, lacking variety, probably as we were in the low season (beginning of summer)

The second time at this hotel we had a very pleasant stay! Nice room, great spa and swimming pools. There is also room for children, some free sweets 😋 Big parking and beautiful scenery. Good value overall! In few kilometers there is nice and cozy Adventure Park for children, lake with fishing, and many hiking trails.

The room was a little larger than most hotels. Nice view. They provided dressing gowns and slippers for everyone, including the kids - which was a nice touch. I thought it was good value for the price we paid. The kids enjoyed the play room, to the side of the restaurant (Which even had a small climbing wall) - which made dining more pleasant.

The bar. Closed very early. One night it closed before ten and then another night they served us a drink and then went missing I think they hoped we would go to bed We had to go to the staff offices to find them. We were only having a couple of drinks

Pillow too soft. Upon check-in, there was something not properly clean. The staff immediately addressed that and corrected it.

Buffet dinner exceed expectation. Room is superior with wonderful view especially after snow. Breakfast is nice. Facilities are abundent. Very comfortable swimming pool area. Super children friendly.

Unpleasant, frowning bartender probably with the problem that I spoke only English. And he ignored me and chatted in German with the other guests. I was polite. He waited a really long time. Then I left. I paid a lot of money for the accommodation. But I really don't want to do this.

when we need to say something, the rooms were a little bit dated when we compare them with the rest of the hotel and the temperature of the indoor swimming pool could be a little bit higher

We didn't like the beds (super soft) and the rooms themselves are outdated. The pool was cold and the sauna area was full of kids.

We visited with our family and we didn't like dinner (since we have a variety of dietery constraints), however the staff was super understanding and they helped us with dairy free food for all of our stay there. The spa area was fine and the pools are good. We liked that we could play ping-pong, table hockey and more. The view from the balcony is amazing.

The staff in general didn’t seem to have a clue. It was sometimes very hit or miss whether you would get proper help when you needed it. the buffet for breakfast and dinner was nice and the dinner menu changed daily but the labelling of the food was almost non existent so it was at times impossible to know what you were about to eat. the play facilities for the children were sparse and a lot required extra money which of course the children always wanted which was frustrating. lastly having half pension but having to pay for drinks even water was not welcome and somewhat a shock. it def left a bit of a sour taste after meals especially as the drinks were overpriced compared to other restaurants in the area

The overall design and furnishings of the hotel were nice and modern and comfortable. the view from the rooms of the mountains was absolutely stunning and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

The rooms were just average, not that of what one expects for a 4 star hotel. The dinner was apparently buffet but there was not really much of a choice and at 35 euro per adult I would expect choice. Buffet means more then 2 options. The pool was very plain for a wellness hotel. Just a plain pool nothing special.

The ice rink outside and the games room was great for kids. The main lobby was warm and inviting.

The heat control could be better in the sense of allowing the guests reduce the heat. It was too much warm, I had to open windows and doors at the middle of the night. But it doesn’t diminish what good the place offers.

I have no words to describe how amazing was our staying in Waidring hosted by elaya hotel. Whatever I try to describe how incredible was the hotel, rooms, staff, food, facilities, location or anything else wouldn’t be enough. And if it’s not good enough, it has a charging station for electric cars! For newcomers to the ski world (like me and my family) you have a walking distance spot to practice before adventuring in the mountains. On top of everything good, we had an amazing Christmas dinner. Just go!

Seems like it is a 4 star hotel, you expect modern rooms, not broken items, but thats not the worst. We booked the hotel because they advertise it with an outdoor pool with a view, we went for an anniversary. Nobody told us it will not work at all, they never asked us if we would like to reschedule neither tried to compensate us which we asked. We had to leave because we only had 2 days off from work and wanted to spend it in a warm pool outdoors which was impossible there. The inside pool is so cold we could not enter. They say they will not compensate because the inside pool worked, I dont know who would like to enter in a cold weather to a cold pool and feel like thats worth the money because thats not. Receptionists say they cant to anything for you. You can wait the manager who they can not tell you when to expect, they do not care at all how you feel there and what was your expectation for your money. We have been travelling a lot but never experienced such a shameful customer service. We left after 1 night and they made us pay for our cat another night which she never slept there as we obviously left. You think you can expect care and any type of customer service for paying guests but you cant. Dont recommend at all. unfortunately, only 4 images can be uploaded.
