The accommodation is perfect for a few days of city sightseeing. There is a parking garage 130 meters away: parkgarage Arcade meidling - Vivenotgasse 66. The metro station is also located there. There is also a Spar and a bakery. The bed is very comfortable. There is one shower and two toilets for 5 rooms. Every room was occupied, but there was never a wait for the restrooms. The kitchen has all the equipment for breakfast or even a quick lunch. There is a shared refrigerator and washing machine. Perfect choice for one-two-three nights. There is no wardrobe in the room, but this is mentioned in the description.

there was no light from the entrance of the staircase to first floor where they located, feel unsafe when walking at night. there was only one shower to be shared by 5-6 rooms, no shampoo was provided. location wise it was quite far from city center although it was close to s-line. also something creepy happened during our two nights stay, we found 20 euro in our room's key box during the first night when we got back from outside, leave it untouched, but the next morning we discovered the number on the keypad has been set to the four digit to unlock and when we opened the keybox the money has disappeared, no clue what was going on at all.

Considering that the bathroom is shared, I recommend making it more cosier. This is the first time I am staying in an accommodation without a personal bathroom, so it could be me not being used to it, however, I would've appreciated at least some toiletries. When it comes to the room itself, it was generally okay, but there were only 2 power sockets (which is definitely not enough), one of which was not working properly - it would stop working for random periods - sometimes longer, sometimes just for a few minutes. Anyway, we needed just a bed to crash for two nights and it did its job. Would not stay for longer though, nor would I stay if I needed any other comfort than literally a bed for sleep.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the place (in and out of our room) seemed clean. It has a kitchen, which we did not use, however it seemed fully equipped. I would recommend placing some "instructions" or "rules" for the shared areas.

The location of the apartment is excellent. We had a train in the middle of the night and it was super easy to reach in a couple of minutes. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there was coffee in the morning. There's a great Indian supermarket next door, a Bakery on the corner and a mall opposite the train station.

The owner of the property, a little moody. You need an access code to get the key. Which I didn’t receive via emails. I had to FaceTime him and his attitude was out of character, like I was the one in the wrong for his mistake.

There are 2 laundry machines, but no operation step instructions. With SOP notes will be very useful.

The location is perfect, very near to Meidling train station, U6, and many buses and trams, very convinent transportation. The room is large and clean and comfortable. The self check-in is easy following their instructions. Though shared bathroom, we doesn’t mine too much because not many guests here. The kitchen have many utensils we might need. Their service is very considerable, they even keep our luggage while we leave for a 3 day trip to Praha. Many thanks!

Note rooms are not ensuite but for one night that wasn't an issue. Also could hear other guests in the corridor/bathrooms which may be an issue for light sleepers.

Well located near the train station, very clean. Perfect for a one night stopover in Vienna. The communal areas were well maintained and appreciated having kitchen facilities.

Location is great - the bus stop is right outside the apartment building(A59) it gets you to the city centre. The route starts and ends there so you don't have to worry about missing your bus stop. The last stop is basically Rosens Wien. The tube/metro is 5 min walk. There is also a shopping mall and McDonalds next to the metro/tube (so 5 min walk) It's a one train (30 min) from the airport. Staff was super friendly. It was super clean. You get to share a kitchen and bathroom / WC with others but given how small this place is it was not an issue at all. The kitchen is well equip as well and there is complementary tea too.

Everything was wonderful. The staff is wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restroom and shower are also clean. It was convenient that there was a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and kettle. I recommend it to everyone!
