The location is right in the center of museum district with everything within 5-10 mins which was great. This is a heritage hotel so the rooms are not modern but had is charm. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a historical Vienna touch. There is a restaurant on site and a rooftop bar as well. The hotel is right next to subway stop so getting to it made it easier with luggage.

Perfect location, near the metro and main square. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, with a particularly wide choice of savoury products. Great room under the roof, with coffee making facilities.

Minor thing- my rate included breakfast and I’d ordered the to-go box they offer because of my early flight. They forgot about it, so I had to pay again at the airport.

There was a mistake with my booking. I booked 2 nights, but when I came for the check-in, I was told that in their system there is only 1 night booked. The problem was quickly solved, but please pay attention to what is said by the receptionist and always compare with your booking.

The location is the best. Near the city center and the main road. Just across the street there is a Macdonald's and a supermarket. The room was very clean and calm. I didn't hear any sounds. Also there was a bath, not the shower - for me it's a great plus.

There was nothing that I could say that I didn’t like about the property.

It was close proximity to everything. amazing staff and very welcoming. Close to the station, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and any tours that you book to do things. Will most definitely be staying here again, when we return next year. Looking very much forward to it.

The location was very central and convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - even taking the time to show walking routes around the city.

the room was hot and the air conditioning didn’t seem to cool it down. the bed was too hot. it would of been great to have a sheet as well as a dooner so you weren’t so hot.

The roof top restaurant was a total disappointment. One waitress was abrupt and condescending. My dessert was inedible … …avoid the wood sorrel !!
