Staff and Hotel was great. I really appreciate Hotel staff being very supportive with making reservations at a restaurant. That Hotel is in the perfect location for visiting. Hotel Restaurant was amazing, good food and pleasant staff. I plan on staying at this Hotel when I return. I highly recommend staying at this Hotel.

Only a couple things in my personal opinion of a very picky person need improvement: 1. housekeeping should be more thorough with dusting. 2. The pillows were not particularly comfortable 3. In my opinion the younger staff that’s working dinner, needs a bit more training.

Location, location, location! Just a few steps from major subway station and one of the many great landmarks in Vienna St. Stefan’s cathedral. The staff is helpful, polite and attentive! Breakfast was good with decent coffee. We had couple of dinners in the hotel restaurant as well and I can say that the food was amazing!

Nothing to note however, Due to the amazing location the ringing bells can awake you, however for us, its all part of being centrally based in this stunning capital.

The location could not be better. Nothing gives the ambience of the bells ringing in the morning and walking around the capital finding your own cafe or place of interest. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Please give this excellent outstanding feedback to all staff.

The room was great however we found it too warm inside. Opening the window helped on one night but the air conditioning didn’t really cool the room (the window auto closes in any rain)

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city with the catherdral right behind. The staff were lovely and very helpful and chatty :) everything always with a smile

Unless I read the notice in correctly whilst there was a Nespresso machine in the room it appears that you would be charged 4.50 euros each time you used one of their capsules. Sorry but I expect tea and coffee facilities in the room to be free of charge. This seemed like penny pinching to me aimed at milking money out of us and took the shine off what would have otherwise been a great stay

This hotel is very central within two minutes walk of the main shopping area and right next the the cathedral. There is a metro station right next to the hotel. The area around the hotel is full of cafes bars and restaurants and we found an excellent Italian on one of the side roads near the Jewish museum cant remember what its called but its directly opposite the Steiff Bear shop. There is a supermarket and a McDonalds opposite the Hotel. The Café Linderman is a must to go to and there is a fantastic Austrian restaurant called Figmuller in the streets behind the cathedral We used the Big Red Bus a lot to see all of the attractions, There isn't a stop close by but just jump on the metro and there are two or three next to metro stations. The room was a good size well furnished and clean
