Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SlovakiaI didn't like the concept with just a few staff available, this way we needed to wait many times till someone was available for our needs, what was not so nice with a small baby. There was only one staff member for reception needs and bar, for fully booked huge hotel.
The bed and pillows were amazing, also the room decorations. Location is also very pleasant.

PortugalUnluckily there was some construction/renovation work going on. I would expect works to start only at 9:30ish, but one of the days (the 30/08) they actually started at 8:30. Curtains let some light in. Pillows are not brilliant.
Good, central location. Easy check-in and check-out processes. They use positive reinforcement for sustainability purposes, giving you a drink if you just get house keeping every 3 days instead of every day. I chose for it, didn't even claim the drinks, but it's definitely something I appreciate. Nice Marshall wireless speakers in the room.

Australiait took me a day or so getting used to the use of the clear glass screen and the lack of privacy - I did walk into the screen one night - old man's need to visit the bathroom at night
we were pleasantly surprised being warmly welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable for two geriatrics. I was a little surprised at the use of clear glass but soon became accustomed to this

Israelwe ordered a taxi by one of the staff. first he told us it will be 45euro to the airport. when we came back to the hotel he sad it will be 60 euro because we are 4 people with lugged. my and my wife talked to him together and the number came up several times and it was 60!!! when the taxi driver came he sad it will be 68 euro. and that is a fixed price. for shore it was not our mistake. the hotel and all the other staff where amazing but we left with a very bad taste.
the room were vert modern clean and comfort. a very good location, and most of the staff we helpful and nice.

SwedenThe price in the menu does not match with the billing machine. They are a modern hotel with min staff, then I would have expected some guidance on what's where. For example, there is a galley, a vending machine, which I found after talking to one of the host. There is a curtain over the glass bathroom but that doesn't give the privacy needed if you had a guest or someone on the door.

The location of the hotel made it very easy to walk to most things you want to visit in Vienna. The room was very comfortable and the speakers were a nice touch. Additionally the bed was incredibly comfortable.

IrelandBedside in room is a seat rather than a table. A table would be better. And perhaps not everyone may like the bathroom set-up which is unusual, frosted glass doors. But these are only minor issues. Our room was not big, it was ok for the short stay but a larger room might suit better for longer stays.
Informal but edgy decor and design. Good breakfast. Excellent central location and only 12 minutes' walk from Mitte train station (airport train). The hotel doesn't do lunch or dinner but there are plenty of restaurants within metres of the front door.

TurkeyNothing. I just find the price a bit expensive, which could be normal according to Vienna standarts. There was a renovation outside during our stay, but nothing huge. Thank you!
The room is very comfortable, quite big, very clean. The bar area, is quite trendy and a very nice spot to get socialized with delicious cocktails. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A welcome drink is also offered, which is quite a nice thought!

CanadaThe AC was blowing right onto the bed - not very pleasant. The cup for toothbrush was very dirt inside, hadn’t been cleaned. Breakfast looked lavish but was not very good. Food rather cold and tasteless, except for the bread

SpainI asked for clean linens in lieu of a free drink. The duvet cover had a stain on it when we arrived. The same stained duvet cover was on the following day. It makes me wonder if the towels were the same as well.
Super helpful and friendly staff, great air conditioning, good location! Breakfast had a great variety and all of high quality. The ground floor bathrooms were comfortable, good smelling, and provided hand lotion, much appreciated.
