We had to go through a building to get to the hotel. Then I had to do the check-in myself on an iPad. The staff was wearing hoodies. The hotel-room looked plasticy and cheap. The air-condition malfunctioned or was not easy to operate and we actually got somewhat «sea-sick» from the room itself. At the price I paid I expected more.

The staff at least were friendly and locatotion were good.

Rebuilding works started at 7:15am every morning - not what you need after late night and full day meetings

I was notified a week prior going to Vienna about some works going on in the building. I understood what they were talking about when every morning around 7:15am the workers started using the drill Unbelievable! I went to the reception every morning and they said they have told the workers but they don’t listen. This is pure lack of respect. Also the bed was not comfy There is no fridge in the room and no phone to call the reception

The only odd thing was in the wow room, huge double bed, but 2x single duvets. Not sure if this was due to the huge size of the bed, but we would have preferred a double or king duvet. Although, completely not enough of a problem to mention - had we, they might have fixed

Location was a stroll from the well connected tube station. Made transfer to and from the airport easy and cheap. Around 6 euros and 35min. Access to the beautiful Stephanplatz was a short walk, but closer to the hotel were some brilliant local bars, Gin bar, Wine bar, and restaurants that were brilliant and a little more affordable. Room was everything we needed.

Booking.com was deceiving - we booked 1 room for a family of 4 and got 2 rooms instead. This hotel is not for families!

We booked a room for a family through booking.com and booking was deceiving. Booking showed that this was one room with 3 beds however the hotel email confirmation indicated that we booked 2 rooms. We were travelling with 2 kids under age 10 and I was forced to sleep with my 2 children in a queen size bed while my husband was meeting a friend in town!!

Self Registration is cumbersome, rooms very small , exterior of hotel doesn't look like a hotel and was hard to tell as there is fitness , bank, police office , etc pn 1st floor and had to take elevator up to lobby area for self check in

We were surprised that there is no room for the suitcases and after check-out you only have the possibility to leave the suitcases next to the reception where all guests pass by. Didn't give us a secure feeling. And: The price-performance ratio is not right - 675 euros for two nights without breakfast for a very small room where you enter the shower via the toilet.

The shower/toilet situation was very strange. You had to enter the shower through the toilet. There was no privacy for the shower apart from a curtain on one side. The room had no fridge or jug which wasn’t helpful.

It is a refitted room and very cleverly done with the glass shower and toilet unit, however would have prefer more privacy regarding toilet. It is really neat though how it's designed and done.😊

It is really a great downtown location. Very easy to walk everywhere or access the public transportation. It is in a middle of everything but still quiet at least it was on a weekend. Great wibe at night in the lobby. Definitely a good place to chill and maybe have a drink before bed. Would definitely go back there.

One of twenty bulbs around the mirror when out. We did not think of mentioning it as we were too busy enjoying the stay. Instant coffee on the floor (stated before) was lacking.... have tea instead or just pop over to the reception.

The hotel is great and close to the metro which is easy to use and the staff (alex) was very helpful with directions and the Wein App for the subways. Coffee on the floor was not amazing so the tea is the way to go but the lobby/ reception area has a nice cup of coffee for you. Cocktails and great and not batched for another plus! Everyone is helpful and informative at the hotel. Also, they will hold a sandwich or two for you if you have a big day planned for the next morning (no need for a refrigerator in the room). Room, good size. Location, central or near a good train line. Breakfast, looked good but we made the choice to explore the area as our personal plan.
