Self check-in is not really convenient and the staff seating there was not really friendly when we arrived, same for the explanation how to use the parking discount. There is actually a much cheaper parking just around the corner - Apollo-Garage (19 EUR versus 25 EURO that hotel offers), but no one told us about that.

The hotel is very nice, cozy and tidy, breakfast is very good although missing some basic hot dishes. Interior and atmosphere is also very nice. We stayed here for our anniversary and are happy that we chose this hotel for that. Breakfast is of very high quality, rooms are very well designed.

1.) I thought there was some kind of parking available (since it says so on your page); but the receptionist just told me “well you have to pay, it’s 37€/day for regular customers but we have a deal 25€/day near the church on the other side”. and then just left. I got NO explanation where’s the church and how to hell does the paying machine know about “the deal”. When I wanted to ask more about the payment and their discount (after I saw the church and parked there) there was nobody at the reception. 2.) check out is at 11:00 but the staff member came knocking on my door at 10:50 (I was just getting ready to leave) and started pointing at the clock, saying “you gotta leave, it’s past 11, the check out is now!” I understand that her clock was wrong but after paying 208€ for one night (without breakfast and parking!) I at least expected not to be bothered until the real check out time.

AC was not working and they promised to fix it, it was fixed for one day and broken once again, the blanket was in two half’s which is nonsense, no phone was in the room to call the reception.

The location is very good and the hotel is so secure.

Excellent location in Mariehilfer staße (very nice shopping street), very close to metro Station and train station, there's a big supermarket in the same building. Great friendly staff, super fast check in!! Very clean, modern and comfortable rooms

Only minor complaint was I thought the breakfast was a bit pricey for continental only.

Rooms were great, air con wasn't working but staff put is into another room where we could open door to outside without hesitation. Quirky hotel, great bar and terrace, lots of nice features.

The air conditioning was broken for the length of our stay. The shower had no door - not a good situation for friends or family, but was fine for us as a couple.
