The hotel is 10 minutes from centre and station, ideal for getting about the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Checkin and out was great, the staff was so helpful and Henrik went above and beyond for us while we were there. Highly recommend.

The online pictures of the hotel are super, however, the actual hotel is even better. From the friendly staff, to cleanliness, size of the room, amenities, everything was excelent. You have everything that's needed at your disposal.

The rooms are kind of small (very exposed shower) but all in all nothing really to be negative about.

The location is absolutely fantastic, there's many great cafes and stores nearby. The room itself, while yes it is small, is great. There's a good sounding Bluetooth speaker that lets you tune the bass/treble easily, shower was clean and worked great. Toilet was also super clean.

I arrived late at night and got a bit confused about how to find the reception as I hadn't realised the hotel was connected to a shared area with a gym. I walked past the hotel thinking that there would be a separate door for hotel guests only. I probably would have noticed the signs if it hadn't been so late and dark.

I loved the room. It was a perfect size for me. The guitar amp in my room was a nice surprise and I enjoyed picking a free guitar from reception and taking it back to my room to play. There was also two roof terraces on my floor which were sun traps. The staff were so lovely and went out of their way to take care of me when I wasn't feeling well. The three girls were very kind and made me feel reassured as a solo traveller that I was not alone. I would love to say a big thank you to them and wish I could remember their names. I would definitely return to this hotel.

There was a party in the main event space and the music went on until 1am, we could not sleep due to the noise.

Rooms are small breakfast was terrible and one female staff member was very disrespectful and aggressive. We had three rooms and because two more people were sitting with us she thought we were sneaking in people to eat for free. We booked room 553, ,557 and my brother in law booked 570.

Nothing i could think of!

Breakfast was great and location was solid too. But most importantly the staff were so kind. Special shout out to Marina who helped us get checked into our room early when we arrived after our flight in. I’ve stayed in lots of places in Europe but this place was the best one I’ve stayed in by far!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well situated of you come with train from airport to Wien Mitte and also easy to access other parts of central Vienna from hotel. First ever room we stayed in that had an amplifier by the bed and a prompt to go to the bar and borrow a guitar 😎😃🎸👍

Everything was wonderful.

Amazing property. Well maintained. All digital payments. No room service, but a great Bar and restaurant. Good amenities. Balcony and terrace areas were a good sit-out.

Liked everything

I stayed in all other Ruby hotels in Vienna and this is so far the best one I would say, considering easy of parking, distance from the public transport and value for the money. Access to the rooftop terrace and proximity to Hundertwassers house is an added bonus.

Location. Quiet place close to train station and downtown. Good price for good quality. Friendly and quick reception service. Comfortable stylish rooms. Pleasant feeling of staying in a good hotel. It is not my first time and I will stay again once in Vienna

We were unlucky enough to stay at the hotel when there was a big party downstairs below the hotel that went on until 2:00 in the morning. I had to go down to talk to the reception and ask to be moved to another room, as our room was an inside one which overlooked the atrium glass roof below which the party was held. Reception was cooperative. Even though the new room had traffic noises, it was better than the one we had prior to moving. It did have a pillar at the base of the bed which we had to walk around to reach one side of the bed. Other than that, the hotel was fine and had a good breakfast.

It was a fairly good location for us to be able to walk to the center of town.

There was a nasty smell coming from drains in our room. The stuff informed us they are aware of the odor in some rooms but there is nothing they can do as it is due to old plumbing system in the building. They couldn’t offer us another room and we were charged full price for the room.

This was the perfect hotel for our stay. The location was perfect for getting around Vienna, the staff was really kind and attentive, and we all really liked the music motif of the hotel.

No tea/coffee facilities No English channels. Atleast some English news would have been appreciated Breakfast room terribly dark. The 5th floor was like a dark funeral parlour.

Some issues with the shower gel dispensers, which couldn’t be resolved during my stay. But not a great problem, just opened them manually. Bath really small and almost part of the room, no big separation. € 20 per day for breakfast may be perceived as too much perhaps. Enough variety in a narrow space but not so vast like in other experienced hotels.

Great variety of coffees brewed at breakfast and very nice employees at reception. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Near of the main train station by foot.
