The rooms (at least the one I was in) was poorly designed. The shower leaked EVERYWHERE and this lead to standing water in the bathroom area literally for hours until I mopped it up with a towel. It was "rock n roll" themed which I didn't realize before booking, a bit cringe but whatever. Bed was fine. Ultimately it felt like a bit of a rip-off.

The location was good and the staff were friendly. It was clean and modern.

Rooms need refreshing. Scratches and scuffs and marks on walls which are very stark white. Off-putting. They should periodically refresh the paint and whiten those up. The beds are hard and the linens tacky. As in feels sticky on the skin. Not sure if it is the fabric or what they're washed in, but I just felt oddly sweaty. The comforters way too heavy and bulky for summer. The pillows very weirdly balanced (your head fell to the center) and tufty. One felt one was drowning and enveloped in them. Requested replacements and got the same. So from a sleeping standpoint, really did not like it. One needs a decent bed and linens. From a peace and quiet standpoint, great place. At the end of a long day, super quiet and zen. Would have been great if there was a tiny fridge for drinks or medicine. Lastly, I had a beam going right from middle of my room at the foot of the bed up to the ceiling. Directly in front of the desk area. Really should have been a factor in pricing the room as it was not large and this was smack in the middle.

Clean and uncluttered. Simple check in and out. Conveniently close to Wien Mitte main metro and access point to trains (to airport) and city transportation. Lots of little restaurants within walking distance, especially Asian (Korean, Japanese, Indian) and Austrian relaxed spots and bars and taverns. Housekeeping was efficient.

Everything was unbelievably amazing.

Very clean hotel. Very amazing people. I give my thanks to Deniz and Jul. Deniz and Jul turned this beautiful hotel to our home thanks to their smiling faces and i am amazed with how they made effort to make all of us feel comfortable. As a person who travelled more than 20 countries i could easily say this is the warmest place i have ever seen. Decor, cleanless, people. I could not be happier. Thank you guys !

The room bathroom was slightly strange in design. I think the architect was slightly ambitious and its lack practicality. But not a big deal.

Great stay. Amazing location, it was just a short walk to the city centre. The room was clean and specious. The breakfast was good with a large choice. The staff were friendly and we made a good use of the hotel bar.

My room was in need of a bit of a refresh in places but was clean overall. At points I wished there was more activity in the neighborhood but was fine with the low key tone of neighborhood. Not a lot of complaints.

The location was great, near metro, CAT airport train, and a tram line. Very quiet neighborhood with some good food/coffee places — not a lot but ok. The hotel has a cool, friendly vibe. Staff is terrific all around. Great value.

The windows opened onto the hall where music played very loudly at night. But it is not very scary, because it happened only once. Unfortunately, we could not use the speaker, as there was no special adapter.

Loud music playing through speakers in the corridors at 6am! No phone to call the reception, so had to get up, get dressed and go all the way downstairs to ask to switch it off. When staying one night, all I expected was to get some sleep, but even this wasn't possible. In addition, this place doesn't provide any service. It's just a bar with self check-in/check-out rooms. When showering, toilet area gets covered by water and only one towel provided in the room... Make yourself a favor and avoid it. There are definitely better places to stay.

I especially liked the personal approach from the staff ! I would like to thank Lena for help with using a wine, she did everything to make my stay very interesting and motivated me to go to the party in de 'Sofien Sale" where I had a nice experience, so beautiful this place and what a nice atmosphere!
