Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyUnbelievable view over Zugspitze!!! from our room and from restaurant, it is really unique and breathtaking! Super friendly and competent staff, who helped us with all kinds of quesitons. it is only 10 min ride to the Cable car station to the Austrian side of Zugspitze. We enjoyed it fully.

NetherlandsThe temperature in the hotel room is quite high and cannot be regulated. That is why the window had to be opened at night. But this is usually the case in Austrian hotels I have noticed over the years. In the Netherlands we have the temperature at 19c -20c in our house.
Very nice hotel, and great breakfast and diner! Staff also very friendly. Just 4 min walking to the ski lift. Hope to come back in the future

United KingdomThere was nothing I didn't like. My room was perhaps a little cold on the first night but after that it was perfect!
This is a really friendly hotel and the staff were cheerful and did everything they could to be helpful. The views are amazing and I liked the location at the top of the town. It is a traditional hotel that will suit those who appreciate a nice atmosphere but may not suit people looking for a loud nightlife. The food is tasty and the hotel were kind enough to keep a dinner for me when I arrived after the kitchen closed!

ItalyVery nice rooms. Very kid friendly. Nice playground inside and out and they had our cribs set up for us and highchairs already at our table for breakfast! Stunning balcony views, super peaceful. But if you are traveling with babies, I suggest bringing your own white noise machine or fan because they do not have any fans. Also, we weren't able to watch the TV because although it is a smart tv, the apps were locked and we couldn't sign into Netflix so we couldn't get anything in English. Not a big deal at all because we weren't in the room much but it is nice to have morning cartoons for my toddler while we get dressed. Overall we loved this place and the walking trail right outside is a little challenging for toddlers but is so beautiful and fun... so worth it!!
