The bathroom was very cramped. The water pressure in the walk-in shower was poor and water temperature fluctuated.

Hotel ideally located for access to the main railway station and the town centre. The room was small but comfortable. The bed was very good. There were building works in the street but the closed room windows insulated us from the noise. The breakfast buffet was good quality. We chose the 4 course dinner menu in the Hotel’s restaurant which was superb. Marco, our waiter, was very attentive. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

Hotel was as expected as I've been there before. It's easy to access by car to Hotel Sailer. Fortunately was able to park on the upper level as garage can be quite tight for bigger cars. Room view to Adamgasse, building site opposite, but didn't bother me at all.

within 2 minutes walk from Insbruck railway station (Insbruck Hbf). reception is so friendly that we could go to many places we had to vist very easy.by their clear explanation on the map,my room equiped bathtub in the bathroom. our Japanese loves bathtub very much,so we enjoyed bathtub in order to flash off our fatigue! our room was very quiet although oposite side of the hotelthe building was under construction.

the shower is Tooooo tiny. really, the whole room is ok size wise, but the shower is (about 70 -80 c"m ) so it is tiny. You run into the glass doors of the shower all the time, tough to get in and out . Everything is small and uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

Wifi was often inconsistent therefore choice of promised cable tv was not possible.

Room was a bit shabby. I didn’t sleep well as there was no air conditioning, which I knew, but it would be easy to supply a small fan like other hotels do. It was hard to find the other hotel to check in whilst dragging a suitcase.

Bathroom entrance was right against beds so a bit tight. But only a minor inconvenience.

There was not much to not like Some minor observations:It would be nice to have coffee as well as tea in the room. There is only a small space for seating downstairs when meeting people. There is building going on opposite but it was not a problem for us, even though we had rooms overlooking the site.

The location near both the railway station and the old town. Very friendly, polite, helpful staff. Rooms spotless. Tea making facilities. Comfortable beds. Extra pillows supplied on request. High standard of delicious food. Outside dining area. We would definitely book again.

There was some construction noise from the building site across the road. The noise wasn't too bad, though.

Could not fault a thing!

Centrally located with a really secure, private car park which was well worth the extra payment. Our bedroom was quiet even though we were in a central location. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We chose to eat in the hotel and were absolutely delighted. The food was excellent and the atmosphere in the dining rooms was great. The breakfast was a success as well. Would highly recommend.

Noisy construction site across the road during the day - windows couldn’t be left open due to the noise, but no problem at night when work stopped.

Good location within walking distance of the railway station and old town. Good bicycle storage facilities in a locked room. Helpful staff.

Well located hotel close to the centre of Innsbruck. We had a nice meal in the restaurant, didn't have breakfast as we were leaving early to catch a flight but they gave us a packed lunch instead which was nice gesture.

Staff did not inform upon booking that 2 nights stay at the hotel comes with free innsbruck pass which i had already brought before hand. :(

Nothing of note. Only had single pillows (the flat, feather kind) but extras provided on request, along with a kettle.

Short walking distance to railway station. Very quiet despite building construction across the road. Room a good size, modern and comfortable. Bathroom had complimentary extras and magnifying mirror. Could open windows in room for fresh air. Nice restaurant and really good breakfast with hot/cold options and great selection of breads and such. Kettle and extra pillows provided on request. Friendly, helpful staff.
