Shower door was broken, water was unstable warm (and then cold and warm and cold ...), shower was very small (and I'm not that big), room was cooled done although it was not a hot day.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, restaurant seating was cozy, room was clean, bed was big and comfy and I really liked the coffee machine.

Great location. Close to bus station, Lendkanal and city centre. Friendly, helpful staff. Good air conditioning and sound proof rooms - no noise from the road. Good breakfast. The oldest part of the building still had vaulted ceilings - lots of character.

This predicament arose consequent to the deactivation of the main lighting apparatus, which, in turn, disabled the power outlets within the room. It is noteworthy that the sole instance of adept and affable intervention transpired under the auspices of the nocturnal receptionist, whose nomenclature, regrettably, eludes me. Swiftly, she orchestrated the provision of an alternative accommodation upon substantiating the issue. Upon the denouement of our stay, when inquiring as to the modality by which the hotel administration intended to redress the aforementioned concerns—namely, the electronic disruption, the unilaterally accessible bed configuration (notably unsuitable in light of my recent knee surgery), and the glaring absence of a vehicular drop-off point coupled with an attendant porterage service—I was proffered a breakfast voucher, which I was constrained to decline due to time constraints, and a superfluous parking permit, the utility of which was rendered nil by the dearth of information proffered during check-in regarding the hotel's parking amenities. Subsequently, my plea for reparation was met with a communication from the hotel director herself, wherein she averred her incapacity to offer any amelioration, citing my booking's intermediary via booking.com and asserting that accommodations featuring unilaterally accessible beds were commonplace and disclosed in promotional materials.

Thin walls, asked to be not interrupted in room, housekeeping walked in twice within 1 hour “I did nit know”, after asking reception to communicate with housekeeping it happened again.

The check-in process took a lot of time. Also, the room was dusty, and my child, who has an allergy for dust, did not enjoy the stay. Also, the cleaner came early because she didn't have the information we were staying there.

Room temperature was too low for freezing winter days. It took a whole day to get it cozy. Even though the hotel was by far not fully booked, I was assigned a tiny room in the attic.

The location is great , walk distance everywhere The breakfast at the hotel restaurant and all the other meals I had were exceptional good ! Great fresh bio products, a big variety of home made jams, honeys, butters and much more. Delicious taste gourmet like ! I don´t have so much to say. Only parking maybe. We were there during the weekend and you can stay on the street, but during the working days this could be more difficult. But I cannot judge this or confirm, as for us, during the weekend, was everything perfect.

Everything was perfect. Directly in city center, super stay. I can only recommend this hotel, really good.

After waiting 5min in front of the reception, we got informed the they are overbooked (no room for us) and tolt that we have to move in a other hotel.....very sad. From others we have also heard that they are not happy about there guest-handling/organisation (they are still in pandemic mode??).

Driving up is a VERY European experience. Follow google maps and drive slowly.

A fantastic location! It is a high price that is well worth it. Every view is breathtaking and the staff bend over backwards to accommodate you.
