Nothing really. The USB plugs could have been on both sides of the bed but obviously this is the most minor of complaints.

Excellent hotel in the Hauptbahnhof area. The whole hotel is very stylish and the check-in process was very smooth. My room was modern and had an excellent view of the surrounding area. The bed was very comfy with a selection of pillows. The bathroom was great and the bath supplies very good. I had the breakfast and it was worth the money, with an excellent supply of sweet and savoury stuff and good coffee. I also had to use the business centre to host a university lecture and it was very comfortable and well suited. Excellent by any means.

I wish there was a kettle or coffee machine in the room. It's not a cheap place so they can at least provide something warm to drink.

I liked the location right across from the main train station. Vienna is so well connected by public transport and so is this hotel. The beds were really comfortable and clean. I liked the lobby. It was nice to have a morning coffee and evening drink there. Also, its handy to keep baggage there after check out.

Self check-in. It's great when it works but it wasn't in our case. So we had to self check in on arrival at reception while looking at a staff who could easily do it for us. It just does not make a sense really.

Stayed here a few times before as the location is great- very close to the train station and also very reachable to the city centre. The hotel itself is just very modern, functional and comfortable.

It’s only my personal preference so I’m not sure whether it’s a disadvantage- I’m not a fan of shower in the bedroom and the fact that the toilet was located separately than the sink and shower. I do understand it’s how the rooms are designed in this hotel though.

The breakfast was really good, and the location is superb- close to the tram station and 5mins from railway station. The bed was super comfortable. I liked the contactless check in.

The shampoo and the body wash was very watery. There was no kitchenette or minibar in the room no cutlery nor any plates glasses or anything

The location was fantastic and I could check in early easily. There was a map of city in the room that has all the attractions points magnified. The bar was open till late and overall very satisfied

The hotel is a stones throw from Wien HBF (central station) and U Bahn. There is a tram stop right outside that moves you quickly to the main centre of town (but you can also walk). Staff are friendly. Our room was great. Very comfortable bed, nice shower, quiet, functional. There is a bar in reception, which is helpful as there are very few places to eat or drink nearby that aren’t kebabs, etc. check in is contactless but there are people to help if needed.

the quality of the breakfast could have been better! the eggs and bacon were almost cold. there was no maple sirup for the pancakes! the rest was OK, but to expensive for what you get.

the overall concept and stile of the hotel is really nice. roomkey an the phone is a big plus! pre-checkin with everything you need on an app is just perfect!

I can see how having shower and sink right inside of the room just separated by a curtain could be a problem for someone who likes privacy when taking care of their daily hygiene, but since I was traveling alone, I did not mind.

I loved the design - fresh and modern. Bed was comfortable, there was everything I needed. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station, and frankly, I did not expect much from the hotel. But it did exceed my hopes. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet, staff was friendly. They have luggage lockers, so even though I was early for check-in, I was able to leave my bags and go exploring Vienna. And the train station is just a short walk away.
