I guess I had to read the description a little closer. I didn’t realize that you needed to climb a ladder to reach the queen size bed which was an issue for my wife.

Easy and quick check in. It’s close to the Central train station and Hop On/Hop Off stop.

For a modern, mid-priced, city hotel, it holds that role fairly well and there's really nothing to complain about.

The rooms were clean and comfortable The hotel bar was equally perfect for a morning coffee before setting off, or for an evening drink after a long day of work or exploring. The location was even better than imagined - it's basically across the street from the Vienna main train station, but the D-tram can bring you to the city center in under ten minutes. Or, you can just walk the ~30 minute route, which takes you past the Belvedere and Karlskirche.

Had to wait quite a while at the bar sometimes before anyone would come over, but not too bad.

Really clean hotel, modern facilities. Really easy to get to from the train station, also close to the underground which is really easy to use to get into the centre. The staff are nice and made really nice cocktails, which were very reasonably priced.

There is nothing to complain about!

The whole experience was beautiful. We just travelled through Wien, meeting couple of friends,. Hotel Schani is located walking distance from the main train station and is connected with local trams. The lobby, check in system and staff is great together with our room and breakfast! 👍 The real change to its all wos member of the staff Jana who help us to check in and was at the bar when we needed another one. 😊 It's really friendly and accommodating place to stay.

the bed was not really comfortable, the WiFi was super slow! the automatic check in did not work so smoothly and felt strange not to be welcomed by a human being, all in all it was too expensive for the value in my view

Unfortunately, the mattress pad was synthetic, and because of this we sweated profusely at night, and everything was wet. very uncomfortable. Although the bed was very soft and comfortable. It would also be nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room. I had a birthday while staying at the hotel. It would be nice to receive some congratulations - but it was not. I think the price for this hotel is a little bit overpriced, I think it must be 10-15 % lower.

The hotel was super modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and helped us happily with a couple of special requests. The breakfast was fantastic and the cafe/restaurant was really nicely designed and they even had a kids corner with toys and activities.

1. We do appreciate the suatainability of the building but it really gets hot inside the room at some time even in evening time. 2. Shampoo/Body wash runs out on first use. 3. Paid parking.

The hotel didn’t provide basic things like water and tea and coffee facility at the room just to make a business for their cafe .

The transport facilities were readily available near the hotel due to its proximity to the station.

The sink was stuck, and nothing went through. Bright light from the window, even with closed curtains. Good thing is the free locker, but most of them are not working as well. Also, self check-in and check-out are possible.

Well taking into consideration that I expected a 4* experience it has been not even close to that. There’s no proper reception, no restaurant, in the room you don’t even have a phone to call the stuff whenever you need anything. Room was quite tight and it gave me more like a hostel vibe than anything else. I stayed 4 nights at the hotel and I wish I booked something else, cause the rooms are absolutely not designed to sit down on your laptop. That brings another point that during my arrival I was not informed about the co-working spaces they had in one corner of the hotel, quite a pity if you’re on a business travel. The walls are thin enough so you hear whenever your neighbor is sneezing or even the sewerage system.. Moreover there were patches of mold in the shower. all in all if you’re not on a business trip, you might enjoy this alternative vibe of this hotel. Personally I will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

No kettle in the room. Quite a trouble to get hot water from the counter. No proper desk either. Pillows were a let down as both were too flabby not even keeping the forms

The hotel is less than 100m from the tram station. Great location for someone (like us) who'll travel using OBB train between countries and using tram to get around the city. Small but functional room. Chic design.
