Overall an excellent place to stay. Friendly helpful staff, great location, sauna, breakfast. All great. Bed pillows could be better, but that was it.

Boot room odours could be very strong at times, difficult to heat and dry ski equipment and keep the air fresh.

Comfortable bedrooms, the right amount of storage space for all our ski clothes. Private ski storage and heated boot room. Modern sauna facility, very appreciated after a long day of skiing. Great buffet breakfast, lots of food to choose from enough to fill you up for most of the day.

The cushions were very low. My husband needed 2 folded in half to have a decent sleep.

Duvet could be longer because I am almost 198, but honestly I didn't ask the staff for longer one. So maybe they have them.

Spacious rooms, daily room service, great breakfast options, friendly staff, sauna. Location is perfect, everything is close. Rooms for storing your skis/board and boots with heating to dry them.

The hotel is very close to the center and to the gondolas. The receptionist is very polite and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Cleaning is top. Breakfast is of good quality,not enormous but everything you ll need. Saunas are modern and there is a nice relaxation space. There are safe rooms to store ski equipment.

Perfect location between Ahornbahn (100m)and Penkenbahn(400m). Good breakfast, coffee machine. Comfy bed, silent room. Skiroom. Large parking. Friendly staff. Price! Next to skibus stop ( to Hintertux).

The accommodation has a very convenient location as it is situated close to the center of Mayrhofen and right next to the Ahorn cable car. The breakfast was very good, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very confortable rooms, person in charge of checkin and reception does an excellent job. Breakfast included is good. Location is in walk distance to many restaurants and where commercial zone starts. Room we got had great views to the mountains.

The lady who worked the front desk during out stay was absolutely lovely and a joy to talk to. We could only speak English and she was fluent, funny, and excited to talk about the area.

Very nice and large apartment with a lot of space for everyone, two bathrooms were benefit :) The staff was very friendly, always willing to help even outside their business hours. It's also good starting point for any trips, one cablecar is really behind the corner, second in max 10mins walking distance. Also to the centre it's few minutes, you can find shops, restaurants etc.

No bath, only shower facilities in room

Amazed this place is a 2 star hotel. Fantastic sauna facilities, a good variety breakfast (included in room price) and a decent sized room that could easily have been shared amongst 2 people. Located a 5 min walk from the Valley Station gondola, a short walk to all the bars but far enough away so that the noise does not keep you up at night. View of mountains from the balcony. Will be returning!
