Very nice hotel in the centre of Vienna. I was there for only 1 night and had planned to go to the opera, so the location was perfect. I needed to leave at 04.00 in the morning to go to the airport and it was super easy to find a taxi (price around 40 euros) The staff has nice and helpful. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the view from the window.

Waking distance from the city centre and of course The Opera. Friendly staff. Nearby is a metro station as well as restaurants and bars. Very good location. Warmly recommended.

The breakfast was perfect. There were a few hot choices I.e. egg, bacon sausage and a good assortment of other things I. e. breads,fruit,yoghurt,cold meats,cakes and even Prosecco.

Nothing to dislike. Perfect choice.

The location is perfect 3 mins from Naschmarkt. Bars cafe shops. 10 mins walk to the Opera and Hop on Hop off buses. Reception staff so pleasant and helpful, as we're the staff in the Breakfast room. The Hotel is very elegant a pleasure to return after a long day sightseeing. 😀

The only thing missing was a film channel in English. Maybe Sky or Netflix.

We were in Vienna a week before Christmas and I am happy with this hotel as it was at a good location minutes walk away from two of the best central Christmas bazaars. Breakfast was quite good, nice selection and good quality products including nice homemade bread and even a decent prosecco. However, coffee was quite mediocre and juices were non-drinkable. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom (shower) was also specious and nice. Location is quite decent and central - less than 10 minute walk from the biggest nature-historical museum (Muzeumsplatz) and 5 minutes from Karlsplatz.

Cobwebs behind the curtains. Rooms tired. The difference between the room and the bathroom was vast!

Balcony doors are locked. No vegan dishes for breakfast. No shelter from the rain in the outdoors smoking area.

Wonderful location, the Secession in front of us, the Opera House at 5 minutes' walk, Karlskirche very close, Naschmarkt right there. Nice personnel, good services. Very nice room, large yet cozy, warm, windows on two sides (one to the Secession). We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

This is my favorite hotel so far! We loved the huge, cosy, aristocratic rooms. large windows bringing lots of light. Spacious bathroom. We had everything we needed and we had a great stay.

You can easily reach the opera and subway lines through an underground passageway a few meters away from the hotel. You can also walk to Mariahilfestrasse, which is about two blocks away

If anything, the bed is a single person bed right by the door. I think a twin bed would still fit and improve the comfort level.

I like the location a lot. It’s convenient to reach everywhere. Walks to the Secession Museum or the Naschmarkt are literally one or two minutes. The State Opera House is also nearby. The room is nice, warm and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

It looks a bit shabby in the room. Could be cleaner. sheets weren’t changed for our 5 nights of stay. Breakfast is ok but awfully overpriced since there was nothing special

Location is absolutely amazing! walking distance to any tourist destination, to metro station nearby, to supermarkets and restaurants. stuff is friendly and helpful.
