The rooms and bathrooms were very cold. The kitchen was not very functional and was very small. The shared showers were not well maintained.

The beds were comfortable, check in and check out was easy, common areas were clean and the area was quiet.

The receptionist, Mdm. Pauline went out of her way to help me settle down. There is a functional kitchenette, clean and sanitized shower and toilet.

Kitchen can be improved with more cleaniness ex wash basin was dirty and stinking.

Bed were very comfortable and curtain for bunker added extra comfort and cozy. Cleaniness was well maintained. Staff were reachable and supportive.

The staff and the owners have scant disregard for heath and safety. I had a fall due to a wet carpet that was laid in the bathroom. My holiday was ruined and cut short. I have requested a full refund. The owners have continued to ignore my requests. I am considering legal action.

It's a bit far from the train station, if you're walking with luggage but there's all the transportation options outside the train station if you're good with bus or tram.

1. The room was so small, then is really easy to concentrate some strong smells of your roomies 2. Is really warm, I was there in winter and I still could feel the warm level really high into the room, so I would definitely not go there in Sommer.

1. The price is really good for what you get 2. The bed is impressive comfortable 3. The building of the bunk bed is solid like a rock, if you are sleeping over or under you will feel nothing happens in the other side. 4. The area near the hotel is quite.

There was nothing not to like about the hostel. I suppose the only downside is the location but you get what you pay for. A more central location would have cost double the price. The local metro station is about a 10 minute walk away so not too inconvenient.

Not being a social animal I booked one of the private apartments at the hostel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped ( including a washing machine ) and excellent value for money, perfect for my long weekend stay.

Self service check-in. Warm & experienced staff. Location/ no bars or restaurants nearby, just quiet neighbors - as a hostel, it is a noteworthy point. If you are tired of being sleepless at 3am due to noisy neighbors, here the top choice is :)

Bracelet was not waterproof, unfortunately, I couldn’t go to the beach. Because I travelled alone and had no one to carry my staff while I swim in a sea.

For this price - everything is perfect. The terrace is amazing, rooms are clean and peaceful.

There weren’t many activities, mutual spaces to socialise and it wasn’t a nice atmosphere. It looked like someone’s house and not a nice one. The people in my room complained about how uncomfortable the beds were, that the heating was often switched off and that you could only take showers at certain times. The area was also quite unfriendly compared to other parts of Vienna, and the hostel itself is right next to what looks like an Asian brothel. I had much nicer hostels.

Parking price was not the one indicated (it was 10 Euros/night instead of 8 on 28,12,2024) to pay cash. Indvidual room did not mean that the bathroom was included in the room, it is an "hostel" with shared bathrooms and a kitchen in the middle. The description in booking was a bit misleading. Noisy (doors slamming all night, lot of water sounds all around).

Helfullness of the staff Not too far from the center by foot (25 min) Regular cleaning going on in the common areas. Cheap. Code process to et to the room, no need to carry keys.

The room was stuffy (not well-aerated), could not open the windows. The kitchen didn't live up expectations - very tiny, you can microwave, and use some cutlery, that's all. Bathroom was also old, would be great to renovate it.

Quite and clean sleeping place. Good enough for one night sleep.
