It was not clear, from the Booking.com ad that I saw, that the apartments in this hostel have a shared bathroom. Was a bit of an unpleasant surprise to be honest. I guess it's fine for the price you pay, but needed to be clearer. Other than that, the place was fine.

The location is in the not very nice neighbourhood, even walking during the day had the same drunk lady approached twice. During the night(it was Saturday night), it was many noise from the bar next to. I would highly recommend to have your own towel, because the ones provided are so old and smells sweat!!! Kitchen is small and not very much equipped (like no small spoons and ect),

The shower window seems broken and there's a small draft.

Everything left a very good impression, really. You have all the facilities you need, the owner was very nice. It was quiet and clean. The location is close enough to the city center for tourism but far enough to have cheap places to eat around. We recommend it, will come again!

Washroom was decentralized / fragmented for toilets I had to cross the living room to get there

The staff was really friendly, they went out of their way to help out one person who couldn't make a proper booking. Also the self-service makes everything very convenient. I liked the lounge area as well.

The common are felt run down and there was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. The luggage storage area was a rack beside the reception out in the open.

Great price. We had a private room and shared a toilet, shower and small kitchen with two other rooms in a shared apparment. The room was clean and we even had a smart tv. There are several buses and trams closes by. The staff were nice. Greta stay for a night or two at least in the private rooms

The wifi didn't work all day long. It's unbelievable Also a thin walls and an unpleasant smell in the toilet and shower didn't help for my wellbeing

It was a very scary day. There was renovation work in the hostel. There was no protection measure when we went to the hostel as no information was given about this before. the stairs were very bad there was nothing protective. was not outside. The heating of our room at night did not work in any way. We literally froze. When we woke up in the morning, we wanted to leave the hostel quickly and when we opened the door, we came across a lot of police and municipal employees. they questioned us. They asked if we were staying here or what we were doing. the hostel owner didn't give us any explanation. We still don't know what happened. it was really scary. We were rushed out of the hostel. When we wrote to booking customer service, they didn't even give us a refund. it was really scary.

The building is Altbau, so it was extremely cold and the heating didn't work at all. We had to fight for the heating with the owner every day. As far as we understood, they turn it on only by request, and it takes extremely long to heat as the heating is only slightly warm. To get to the room, we had to go through outside areas and the building is half destroyed or is being renovated. There are also some strange rules like no eating or drinking in the bed and you'd have to pay them if you spill something on the linens?? Also it says on the shower that the time of taking it is from 9 to 22. We didn't ask why. Generally, it was one of the worst stays we both had.

The location was ok, with some shops not far from the hotel.

A bit far from the city center but how far can you be in Europe, still within 20-30 min bus ride. The rooms other than bedroom was a bit cold but it did not bother us

We stayed at an apartment, and it was just like a home. Everything was thought, it was big and comfy. There were even slippers which is very rare to find. Like the kitchen and decor and beds a lot! The bedroom was warm and quiet enough.
