There were a few things that didn't seem to match up with the overall quality and homeliness of the hotel, for example, the mattress was quite hard, the towels were thin and rough & there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The room itself was overlooked by a lot of others in the neighbouring hotel.

The hotel was quirky, clean and well decorated with a lot of nice touches, including the fantastic shower. The breakfast was fantastic with a very good selection of options and an amazing view of the city. The cafe and seating area downstairs was a great place to relax & the staff were friendly.

Location is a bit out of main city (about 25 mins travel by subway) but it is next to a subway station (short 3 mins walk).

The conducive boutique hotel with nostalgic theme & nice cafe downstairs (where we had our breakfast every morning). The staff is friendly and allow us to check in at 8am when we arrived (lethargic from our 24 hours travel). Room is exactly like photos and appears to be very new & clean.

Even though the location and the view you get from the hotel of the Prater, amusement park are unbelievably beautiful in both daytime and night time, the constant screaming and go-carting sounds wouldn't allow us to have our window open. And if the room was a bit hotter that would have caused issues since the room's AC was not working.

The hotel has an amazing rooftop restaurant that offers breakfast with a variety of options vegan and non-vegan at 21EUR per person and with an amazing view of the Prater, Amusement park which was right underneath it. It was a bit expensive considering we could easily access bakeries very close to the hotel however, we tried it and we really enjoyed it. In addition, throughout our stay, the hotel had events organised like live podcasts, live music performances etc. which made our time there more enjoyable.

The check in is a bit annoying as it is done through a tablet and due to some technical issues I had to fill in the form twice. We also experienced issues with our room card but maybe it was just a bad luck. The shower is part of the room with no privacy just a transparent glass door which I personally don't like.

It is a really fun and unique hotel. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the lobby area with lots of sitting options was the perfect place to hang out after exploring Vienna. I enjoyed the location near Prater amusement park. Metro station was less than 5 minutes away with easy access to the city center. Great value for money in Vienna.

What was not to like? The room was excellent, really interesting design which made it so much more fun than a regular hotel room. I had a big balcony with great views over the city which was lovely in the mornings. The breakfast was delicious and with a wide range of choices, and the general hotel atmosphere was really welcoming. The free usage of bikes was also a massive plus, I had one for the duration of my stay and used it to get around everywhere!

Next time I will bring my own sleeping pillow. The ones in the room sucked. But thats a minor problem and a question of personal preferences.

Very expensive parking but expected due to location Water drain in the shower seems to be clogged so after a few minutes of shower you will have a small swimming pool.

Lovely hotel with real quirky features. Location is right by the amusement park and a metro station so even though it is slightly out from the city centre it is no hassle getting into town. Room was clean, quiet and modern. Can't thank the staff enough for the time of day they gave to us and how accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable they were.

A very funky hotel with interesting features. Perfect for younger guests, couples, and families. The cafe and rooftop bar are super. And the neighbourhood is fun with a park and theme park close by.

The hotel is clean. Internet is free and it works well. lobi and rooms are cool and fancy furnished. Cafe at the lobi is amazing. I strictly recommend avocado toast. the hotel really cares about sustainability. this is also very impressive.

The restaurant on the 7th floor is an amazing place to have breakfast with a really good coffee and with amazing views over Prater and part of Vienna. Loved it!

Absent fridge, kettle, coffee machine, glasses, wardrobe. Also, there are no shelves in the shower for shampoos and accessories for storing toothbrushes. There were only two plastic cups in the room. A small trash can.

The mattress was too hard and we were stiff every morning.

Staff was excellent. Warm, helpful and very pleasant. The lobby was a pleasant surprise: beautifully decorated, full of life any time of the day, even late at night. Rooms were soundproof enough and the metro station very close. A lovely experience overall.
