How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Only downside - the wifi is quite weak, unusable in the room.
This hotel is a gem. The room is comfortable and quiet, and I'm usually very sensitive to noise. The crew is absolutely wonderful. The lobby and the coffee shop in it are just awesome, I would have come to sit there even if it was not my hotel. It's always lively nut never loud, friendly to all ages and feels homey. The restaurant upstairs offers a great buffet breakfast. The location is not that attractive on its own, there isn't much to do within walking distance, but it's a 3 minutes walk to the metro station and 15-20 mins from everywhere in midtown.

I find it quite expensive for a hostel, but it is comparable to others in the area.
The room was actually quite cool, with the bed up on a small platform. It was quiet, clean and spacious enough. It is right next to Prater, but a bit far from the center.

All good!
Very good customer support at all times. They even assisted us for preparing the night milk of our 1-year old son and put ua some milk for our 5-year old daughter. We're truly thankful for their support, during the festive season.

The accommodation is located conveniently close to the train station, it is very easy to get to many different places. The people were very welcoming. It was a great place to chill out for a few days.

No boiler in the room. Breakfast is the same menu every day.
The location is close to U2. Staff is very nice and polite, especially room service and restaurant.

The close proximity to Prater came in very handy with a beautiful Christmas Market just behind the hotel. The staff was also very caring and sweet all throughout our stay!

The room had everything you need, very clean and great service. The staff was helpful each time I had a question to ask. Neni restaurant at 7th floor had a good and diversified breakfast - each day I had something different and the view is really nice, you can take great pictures. One night I didn't feel like going out to town so I had dinner at Neni - the beef tenderloin I ordered was great and served really fast. If you want to go into town, the metro station is close, a 5 minute walk. My experience with Superbude was excellent.

The atmosphere in the lobby was great! It feels like home. 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. You don't need more than 20 minutes in total to get to downtown. Breakfast is also fine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property is beautifully designed, with a modern and stylish touch that immediately sets the tone for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is incredibly convenient, situated just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. Despite being close to public transport, the hotel itself is wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly polite, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel genuinely welcome. I have no complaints. Everything was even better than expected.
The interior design of the entire hotel, from lobby to bathroom is excellent as far as I am concerned. Every little detail seems well thought out and gives every room/elevator hallway/bathroom/etc personality and speaks volumes to the probably insane amounts of research and planning that went into the overall look and feel of the place. You cannot NOT love a place that has such obvious signs of careful consideration. The atmosphere in the lobby is also something that sets it apart from any other hotel that I have visited: the place is always buzzing with youth, either the ones staying in the hotel or maybe from the neighbouring universities. Lastly, the restaurant on the last floor ticks all the boxes of atmosphere, food, music and great staff. The food is mostly spicy so it might not be to everyone's liking but it is definitely worth trying.
