Nothing really. It was a little bit far away from the center but not a big deal. The staff was very nice and polite but seemed a little shy :)

Very stylish rooms, it is located by the Prater park which is a rather quiet area without much traffic, breakfast was quite special (Mediterranean/Israeli cuisine) and well worth the money!

Everything was excellent, from location, to room and breakfast. The room (4-person room) was big, with a nice, child-friendly design, comfortable beds and lots of storage spaces. The continental breakfast has enough options for every taste. A great choice for both "just passing through" and for a longer visit in Wien (especially for a family visit to Prater park).

I loved the hotel overall, but if I had to nitpick, there was no furniture in the room that we could unpack into, so it might not be great for longer stays. And, as a tourist, you should be aware that you're quite a long way from the historical city centre. It's an easy 15 minutes door-to-door on the train, so hardly a problem, but would be more than an hour's walk.

This is an exceptionally cool hotel with unusual (awesome) decor, great staff, a really excellent rooftop restaurant/bar and a great, relaxed lobby that you could use as a nice spot for a coffee. The real joy, though, is that you are right there in the Prater... if you love a fairground, as we do, you can be on your choice of at least four ghost trains within three minutes of leaving the building. The view from the rooftop bar over the Prater lights is exceptional at night.

The hotel didn't tell me before the arriving that their will be a party in hotel area at the same evenings and the parking was very expensive.

The staff was very welcoming I give extra kudos to Super Sandra who changed my booking dates at no additional cost and Super fast. The children loved the room so much that they reluctantly followed us to explore Vienna. U Bahn is just a Super short walk away. The name gives it away already: Super!

The noise - rooms facing the Prater suffer from noise late in the evening night and early in the morning (construction). The bed on a gallery - climbing the steps to a low bed is not very convenient in the cube room. Lack of shelves/closet in the room.

Loved the cool design - retro and modern. Loved the wonderful shower. Loved the location - 200 m from the underground and the area feels safe and pleasant. Loved the value for money - room's price was reasonable

Noise: every day till 23:00 we heard a loud noise from the park, it was a little bit disturbing. No space for clothes and personal stuff in the room: we had only 5 hangers and no shelves, no wardrobe, nothing. So we put everything on the table. We stayed for 5 nights and it was not very comfortable. No ventilation in the toilet room.

The vibe of the hotel is cool, I also loved the design of the room and the smell of the shower gel! U-Bahn Station and Billa are 2 min walk, very convenient.

Loved the breakfast area overlooking Prater and was happy to see they had gluten free bread on offer! A really fun and quirky hotel which was a fantastic base for our short stay in Vienna. Definitely would stay again!

The food of the hotel was a bit pricey just like all around Vienna, but tasty.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It seemed very organized, the staff was very friendly, the decorations of the whole hotel (lobby, rooms and halls were full of colours and vintage items, really cozy). It has a really cool, fun, young vibe. The double bed of the room was spacious and very comfy and the room also had some nice well-thought details (like foldable chairs and table, magazines on the walls, lots of hangers for clothes and bags and electric shades). Both the rooftop restaurant and the coffee-bar at the lobby had good food and tasty latte coffee and awesome view. You can also rent the hotel's bikes for free and move around the area which has lots of green spaces and parks. Lastly, it is almost next to the subway station which is super convenient.
