How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel has such a chill and cool vibe. The room was even better then photos! The location was really fun if you want to go to Prater for the rides and beer gardens.

Only one chair in the room and only four clothes hangers. Shower and sink in the same room as the bed may not suit everyone.
Large, clean room with a comfortable bed. Plenty of sockets and hooks. Separate WC. Modern large TV.

Maybe a bit more space for placing your stuff during your stay. The concept might be too minimalistic for some travelers.
Very cozy room and comfy bed, easy to reach by metro. Very clean, space to deposit your luggage under safety locks until your check-in time. Super friendly frond desk agents.

It will be great if hotel personnel provides a few bottles with spring water and slippers for the guests for free.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, and our room was great. Breakfast at the restaurant (rooftop) was amazing, so many great choices for vegetables, salads and sweets, beyond the basic bread and cold cuts. Super easy to access the subway and the airport.

The team at reception is not friendly, neither helpful. Bad tempered and homured. The answering machine of the hotel is only in German, no way of understanding anything.

I do Like it but there is one big problem for me it was so cold in room and even I asked for changing temperature but they didn’t do anything about it so I felt so how frizzing all night

Great hotel! Perfect location, close to Prater and public transport (including the S7 train to the airport). The room was fantastic: clean, comfortable bed, good shower, high-spec, quiet. Couldn't ask for anything more.

It was a little far from city center and the food options around werent great, their own restaurant is really expensive.
It was clean, the beds were really comfortable, their soaps and shampoo are super great, really. The decor and design is special and the kids liked it. Every one on staff were really nice. it was really close to the emusment park, and it was great.

No safe in the room. No actual closet, only large deep cubes instead. It is not in the center of the city, but you can easily get to the center by train (10 minutes).
Spacious family rooms, cool design, safe bunk bed, great breakfast at Neni (free for the kids). Very close to train station, so easy to get anywhere in the city. Just next to Prater amusement park, which is great when traveling with kids. Clean. Comfortable bed.

Loved the interior and vibe of the hotel. Breakfast has s many different options. One of the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. Location close to the train station from where it was easy to catch a train to Vienna airport.

The area is on the border with Prater, which is a large amusement park - coming back at night from the Subway station to the hotel can feel eerie as it's dark and there are no shops around.
Lovely staff, large reception with coffee shop for quick breakfast, tables outside for coffee, very spacious room with elevated bed. Modern power shower. Quiet room.

The bed was just simply amazing. This was probably the best hotel bed I have ever slept in, and I myself work in a hotel. I would have prefered a cupboard instead of table and chair inside the room, but it is what it is, still very comfortable.
