Great service from start to finish and very helpful staff. Very close short walk to center of town (hinterglemm) and the t-bar slope behind. Fabulous breakfast, a great start for a day on the slopes. Would expect very similar operation for summer as well. Room was well equipped with hooks for ski gear as well which was handy and a very convenient ski locker and boot dryer room.

LatviaThere were problems with parking our car. The parking lot is not large enough for all of the clients cars and we had to leave our car 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel offered to drive one of us to our car and back, but still it was annoying to organise that. Also in the rooms there were no bath robes or slippers.
We liked the service and breakfast. Sauna was small and cozy. It was easy to reach ski piste. Hotel offered on Wednesday BBQ pork ribs and they were amazing.

Or the clening lady repeteadly asked if she could clean our rooms although it was not yet after the check out time. This behaviour seems very unprofessional to me.
