Had a great stay at this hotel. The room looked newly renovated, was spacious enough for three people, and very clean. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Overall, a very positive experience!

Noise insulation was not as good, you could occasionally hear the adjacent tenants and the construction on the upper floors.

Clean, large rooms with great water pressure and heating. The staff was very helpful and polite, and the location is right behind the Museum Quarter. Highly recommended for the price.

The only thing is I think the room was small for a three people group but other than that there is nothing that I didn’t like.

• The room we stayed in was quite small, but it was adequate for a one-night stay, especially considering the price point. • Leaving the key at reception might not appeal to everyone, though it’s managed efficiently with their round-the-clock service.

• The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area and get around. • There’s a small pantry area where breakfast is served, which was convenient and cozy. • The 24/7 reception service is a plus—you can leave your key at the desk whenever you step out and easily pick it up upon your return.

The pillows were thin and the stuffing in them was sporadic. Somebody in a room next to us was snoring so loudly during the night we could hear it through the walls all night.

The room was a lot nicer than it looked in pictures. Small but comfortable and had everything we needed. We visited in the winter and it was lovely and warm. Shower was hot and powerful. Staff were friendly. Really good value for money.

-The third bed we got was very not comfortable compared to the other two, but it was still ok-ish -I was assigned to the room right next to the elevator, and when guests would come in, it was extremely clear. -When I was checking in (it was check in peak time I suppose) they first mistook me for another customer from a similar region I was from, so they asked me to pay extra. I said it was a misunderstanding while showing the dialogue on booking.com, but they were firm about their stand in the beginning. OfCourse, they apologised politely in the end. But still not the best check in experience, I would’ve expected them to listen to the customer more to begin with.

The room was clean, two out of three beds were comfy Had a sofa and desk to chill! The shower room was very nice!☺️☺️ Location is quite central if you go by feet! I couldn’t hear any sounds from the streets& upstairs!

It is very noisy, physical keys are used to access rooms & the areas are tiles so everything echos & you hear people come & go. The bed in the single room was rock hard & did not make for great sleeping. They ask you to leave your key at reception when you go out but when you come back you might have to wait if people are checking in etc to get your key. I think there are hotels closer to trains or tram stops.

The single room was great for a solo traveller & I liked the block out curtain blinds.

Room was kind of falling apart (e.g. bathroom door handle came off each time we tried opening/closing). Had to leave room key with reception, but once we had to wait around 15mins, so we just left with the key. Bed is quite small for a couple.

The shower head was a bit loose which inconvenienced me during showering as I had to readjust on occasion. Sounds from the hallway are pretty audible, though I personally didn't have any issues as my floor was very quiet.

The room was very clean. The WiFi worked well and was available in the room itself. I had hot water whenever I wanted to take a shower. This is more than I expected at this price point.
