The window looks out onto a courtyard where employees sometimes smoke under the window, and the odours from the garbage cans can faintly be detected. But this is a really minor complaint and more than outweighed by the huge bathtub, excellent breakfast, attentive staff and surprisingly fabulous location on a quiet street just a few minute's walk from cafe's and landmarks.

This is an excellent choice for people seeking a safe, clean, comfy room in a convenient location. It was much nicer than I expected, and the staff are welcoming and kind. The room was immaculate and breakfast was generous and of good quality.

The decor was pretty outdated and the parquet is definitely in need of a renovation (tiles where moving) Ok for a solo or a trip with friends, would not suggest it for family or couples tbh

Building is not well insulated so there was some noice but nothing annoying.

Brilliant location. Vienna is a very walkable city and this hotel, just off Mariahilfstrasse, is in the best of locations.

Nothing really. There weren't any shower curtains which meant there was some splashes on the bathroom floor when showering. Not really a complaint, more an observation.

Really well located, close to two major metro lines with easy navigation to all parts of Vienna. Close to nachmarket too. The room was basic but perfectly comfortable and clean. It's a nice authentic hotel for any trip to Vienna. 24hr reception.

Kids not impressed with the tiny tv Lacking in power points and to access the ones available had to pull bed away from wall - which meant couldnt leave plugged in overnight in case bed moved and damaged cable

Very comfy beds Lift available if needed. Just off busy road so quieter than i expected Hot drinks available to buy at reception. I asked for tea and was given lovely big pot on a tray to take up to room Room quite small but adequate - 3rd bed for child probably didnt help Reasonable selection for breakfast

Small room, no cleaning service every day, no changing towel (we stayed 4 days, they chance only once). No shower gel and shampoo. Bed internet.

I don't recommend the breakfast in the hotel, it is only a cold bar with poor variety. You can grab better warm breakfast from the bakeries nearby.

Great location 10 minutes walking from the city centre and just a square from a walking street with lots of shops and bars. The room was large as well as the bathroom with a bathtub.

When i search for a hotel i click on the car parking option in the booking search engine i expect the hotel having a parking. After the payment was complete, the hotel staff sent me a message that informed me that for additional payment for parking 30euro per 24 hours. When i arrive i understand that the hotel doesn't have parking. They sell tickets for nearby public parking located 500 meters away from the hotel... I assume that when the hotel offers a car parking option, to provide this option, not "you need to pay more xxx euro to park the car in public parking. Be careful when making a reservation if you have a plan to visit Vienna with your own car!

From the outside the hotel was nos recognizable, the lights were off, I thought it was closed. The single room is small and the restroom is really small. The room and the bed linen could have been cleaner. The elevator starts from the mezzanine, not from the entrance, keep in mind if you're with luggages or kids. The internet and TV connections were often crashing.

The property was one of the cheapest available. Is close on foot to the Museum Square and you have metro connections in 8 minutes distance. The reception is always open.

The only complaint would be that the rooms are not soundproof so you could easily hear others. However, I am not a light sleeper so it was not much of a problem for me. Also, they have a "quiet hours" schedule, between 22:00-7:00 if I remember correctly, which was respected, so I did not have any issues during the night.

Initially before booking the room I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews here, but I must say it was a very decent, good option, good value for the money! I had the "Single Room with Shared Bathroom" for one night. I had a really good experience: -the room was basic, as shown in the property's pictures, but well maintained: clean and well heated -the shared bathroom was very clean. -WiFi worked well -very central location and safe area.
