The room full of stuff we don’t use, making it too busy. Besides that, the wifi doesn’t work well. If you need a good wifi while in the accommodation to work, or even for video call, it doesn’t work. Barely works for whatsapp messages.

Staff friendly and helpful, relatively close to underground trains, with a breakfast not that bad.

I did not expect luxury and accept that a top location comes at a high price but the tiny room was not just basic but overcrowded with furniture, poorly structured with insufficient electricity points so that 2 extension leads were being used to power the bedside lamp from the TV socket. When I disconnected one to plug my pc in, it sparked so I left it alone. Soap was a bar of just 6cm x 6cm and shampoo was a single sachet. I asked the cleaner if I could take more and it was no problem, but it felt more like a youth hostel than a hotel.

Location was central and perfect for my work venue.Near shops, cafes etc. The room was perfume and allergen-free as requested. The staff were helpful when contacted. I did not eat breakfast there. It was expensive and I had little time.

I arrived on a scorching hot day, to a room with no aircon (which I didn't notice when I made a booking), curtains wide open, windows closed, sun blazing in. The room was like walking into a sauna without the health benefits. After 20+ hours of travelling, it wasn't the best experience.

Terrible iron and ironing board. Please invest in a well padded ironing board cover. Metal of ironing board left a pattern on my clothes as I ironed because the board's cover was far too thin.

The accommodation environment is really poor. You will be woken up by the surroundings in the morning. It is not very clean. Even the basic hotel facilities are not complete. The clothes ironing machine is also the most rubbish. It even burns clothes after ironing them! The lighting in the accommodation is very dark, making it inconvenient to put on makeup in the morning. The hotel accommodation is so poor and very expensive! Really not recommended! Really broken! ! For this price and this environment, if I had known I could have lived in a better place by paying twenty or thirty euros more! Really disappointed! ! Don't check in! ! !

Although we were returning guests of this hotel (we stayed here already minimally 5 times), unfortunately this time we had very dissapointing experience. We parked our car exactly in front of the hotel (where the parking is allowed during the night). Nevertheless I woke up late in the morning and wanted to drive the car to the nearest parking space. Whilst I found out a short time ago the towing service towed our car to the towing parking lot on the other side of the city. But the most dissapointing fact was the receptionist saw their “action” on her own eyes and did not stop them, did not try to find out, whose car it is, she just watched it and did nothing! When I asked her, she just told me she did not know it is our car, otherwise she would call me to the room to come downstairs. It would be enough to look at the car plate , she would easily find out we are the only hotel guests from the Czech Rep. there… (it was approx. 5 steps from the reception in front of the door),It costed us almost 300,- EUR to get the car back…😏 I think it is really pitty that hotel staff doesn’t care about their guests a little bit more… And one more comment - they don’t even know, if the customer is returning or not, because they don’t keep records about their guests, they ask them to complete the guest form every time again and again😏 According to my opinion this is not very customer friendly aproach…

This wasn't a problem for me, but there are a few rooms that have a shared bathroom in the hallway. Remarkably, there were no issues accessing it throughout my 10-day stay. Additionally, the building is a little old and thus not really air-conditioned, which means it gets somewhat airless in the summer, but this is not unmanageable even if you do have to run the fan overnight sometimes.

Exquisite location just off Mariahilferstrasse. A solid room to sleep in for the night. Helpful, patient staff who responded to a request in the middle of the evening without missing a beat. Excellent stay all around.

Lifts were not working! …this was bad lifting luggage!…also curtain came off the rail easily though was fixed the next day…light over sink in room 20 not working!….this leaves a bad impression!
