Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandThe sink in the room was clogged. Despite reporting the fact to the staff, it has not been repaired. After starting the water from the pipe, elements of rotten food "returned" to the sink (as if someone had vomited into it). The television did not work (the screen said "no signal"). A similar problem was with the internet. Some of the electrical sockets in the room were not working. The hotel should inform you that "shared bathroom" means that a bathroom (shower) is not available on every floor (in this case it meant one shower cubicle for two floors, shared by about 12 rooms; on the floor where I had the room there was no access shower). At the time of arrival at the hotel - I indicated an earlier arrival in the form on fb - the receptionist (young man) was gruff; he did not show me a closed place to deposit the suitcase (it later turned out to be so; but he had left my suitcase in an open, accessible place). I travel a lot. I use booking.com a lot, but this was the worst hotel I've been to.

BulgariaMe, my son and our friend had all four reservations! Everything was great, the first two rooms very spacious! Only for the fourth reservation I have the only remark - it is not well thought out and in the whole room with a lot of appliances of the hotel and guests - you have only one contact and have to use several power strips (in which one can stumble). But all the other rooms were excellent! An excellent choice for a stay in Vienna!
The location is wonderful - close to everything! The staff is extremely kind - we are delighted! Convenient and comfortable! We had a total of four reservations! We are happy to have chosen this hotel! Fantastic hotel for this price!

Saudi ArabiaIt was a room and bathroom only. No restaurant facilities except for a poor breakfast.
The Hotel room is fine. However, there is no parking near the hotel and breakfast was only cold meat and chese with bread. There is also not coffee/tea facilities in the room and they could not supply us with ice.
