How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Kitchen was more like a minibar and only had a hot plate and a microwave. No air conditioning made for a very warm stay in Vienna.
Apartment is very close to the museum district.

The area is very noisey at night two bars ither side. No iron board or toaster in the apartment. Everything else was fine.
Excellent location close to main attractions, Tram and Train lines. Lots of resturants and bars, Shopping district close by. The room was lovely, the staff were pleasant. Facilities like laundry services were great.

There was no aircon in the room and the fans provided were too noisy for night time sleeping, so the bedroom was too warm, and if we had the windows open then the noise from the bars in the street was quite loud. This is only an issue if you are staying during the summer months. Also there was no 24 hour reception, it wasn't open in the evening after 6pm.
Central location, good size apartment with nice decoration. Kitchen was good size and came with complimentary tea and coffee. The bathroom had really nice complimentary toiletries and a powerful shower and hair dryer. Very comfortable bed and good sized wardrobe.

Space taken up by three pedestal fans and very tight dining table and chairs . Air conditioners mandatory for summer.

The check-in instructions should be sent in advance. We arrived at about 6:30pm, the checkin service was closed. Had to call staff many times to get the key.

Everything was as expected
Very spacious with great bedding. Seperate bedroom which was nice for a family of 5. Small elevator available which was convenient . Kitchen facilities available which we didn’t use. Wifi was great. Mihaela at reception was fantastic and went far and beyond to assist us. Helped me with a small personal matter which was greatly appreciated. Offered coffee at check in which was a really nice touch after hours of driving. Speak to reception about parking options and Vienna has some confusing signs. There’s a parking garage within a 5 minute walk which reception were able to recommend for a reasonable price.

Could have been cleaner - sticky counter, dust bunnies.
Great quiet location close to the government area of the Ring. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the incredibly nice woman at the front desk. Beds were comfy and room was just big enough to fit five people comfortably.

There are 2 bars beneath our window with constant noise until after midnight. No air-conditioning so we needed the windows to be open

they say they have AC however the AC in the living room does not work and I told them it is set to 16 degrees celcius but the room temperature never cooled to below 25. They said they fuxed it but they did not. They said rhey sent someone but the thermostat never cooled down. I called booking to complain and they also called thw hotel. It was too hot. The separate bedroom has no AC at all knly a fan so if it is hot beware as the heat roses to the bedroom.

We were there 8 nights and the bed linen was never changed 🤔. We asked but maybe there was a language issue. Though the towels were changed regularly. There single lift broke three times. The stairs were good, but carrying bags down on the last morning.....
Good size. Nice to have kettle for a cup of tea. Given the heat, the air conditioner was most welcome. Laundry facilities were useful. Reasonable location with a range of food options around. An easy bike ride to the main attractions. There is a Nextbike hire rack just around the corner. The coffee room was a nice addition. The front reception staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately while there we had an issue with the air conditioning. This meant the room was incredibly hot. We were grateful to be given a fan for use at night and for the problem to be fixed during our stay.
Location was good and front desk staff very welcoming.

No air conditioning system, at least there was a ventilator. The room was facing inner courtyard, there was no air movement and it was loud at times.
