HungaryIt wasn’t easy to understand whether our booking covers the entrance fee to the spa, so I booked day ticket for us. And neither the spa, nor the hotel could pay its cost back. (We can reuse it during a year, but no payback.)
It has a direct access to the thermal bath. You don’t need to carry cash during your stay in the hotel or in the thermal bath, because you can pay at the and according your spending registered on your “watch”.

Austriaexpensive. On Check-out they charged us twice although we already payed via booking.com and they never notice this mistake until we told them so. Then they were very apologizing and gave us the money back.
Very convenient, beds are comfortable, shower and the soap/shampoo provided are of high quality. closed and warm ally to the spa region. breakfast was good.

AustriaUnfortunately we got the rooms on the ground floor facing the parking lot -- with some green bushes between the terrace and the parking, but still. It was not so obvious when we booked. Eventually though, this did not turn out to be a big problem, just no view.
Nice hotel, pleasant personnel, good breakfast and especially dinner. Thermal spa is an absolute hit.

AustriaThere was a ball of human hair clinging to the shower head when we arrived, and drops of shampoo in the shower. We asked the staff to clean it. The hair was still there at the end of the process. The hotel building looks a bit dated on the outside, and could use some fresh paint, but otherwise, it is in a decent state. Relatively expensive for what it offers, but this is typical for Austria.

AustriaFood. The vegetarian option was more like an afterthought each day, this place is being left behind fast on that point. I swapped to fish then chicken the last 2 nights and was again underwhelmed. Well cooked and presented but honestly dull. Also the starters repeated every few days, and all rolls were soft and doughy which is really unusual for Austria.
great value for lone traveller, a generous room and easy access to spa and facilities. E-Auto charging free, loads of varied walks start from the spa. A good place to stay.

Czech RepublicDamaged shower and it was obvious that it is a long-term problem that nothing can solve (impossibility to close the door, then water on the floor in the bathroom, which, due to the low-quality material used, already showed signs of initial damage). Public baths are more like a water park and definitely do not provide peaceful relaxation as before. I do not recommend it for couples, choose another location or use the hotel spa.
Good room equipment. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
