When we were getting there in the evening the thermostat was set on 12 degrees on a cold December day. With the floor fully tiled and no carpets round it doesn’t feel welcoming. only window is on the ground floor out to the street. so your choice is either have a dark room all day or share your stay with people passing by.

nothing, we just left today after we woke up, we couldt breathe the smell was so strong that i puked just 10min after I was up from bed. the smell was horrible, it is mold smell and every time I entrance the door i colapsed and couldnt breath! the stench from the humidity is unbearable! the faucet is broken. when I lifted the faucet from the floor, I saw that it had been glued earlier because the glue tags remained on the connector. while I was washing my hands, it literally flew into the air and I and my dress and hair got wet before the important business meeting I came for! I have been booking through booking.com for over 10 years and I have never been in a worse accommodation. this is the first time in my life that I have left accommodation as you can see I an Genius customer on booking and always had great experience untill now! this is putrageouse

the only thing I would say is there is a piece around the shower with water splashing out and leaving the bathroom floor wet/ the moisture travelling into the room but not being able to air unless you’re in the space (which most likely you will only be in the evening so you’ll most likely want to try and sleep then so not ideal to have windows open - maybe some ‘kippfenster’ could help?

what a fantastic place this is! in the city centre of Vienna in walkable distance of some great sights and close to the main central station that has a direct connection to the airport - almost don’t want to praise this too much and keep as a secret to myself but that wouldn’t be fair to the team of grätzlhotel, as they were fantastic. a lovingly chosen and contemporary design of the room made us feel right at home and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for accommodation in Vienna!

it was all at its place. very clean, biiig shower, very dark, you can sleep very well and very good.

The days were very hot, so with windows closed the room turns a bit stuffy - but the fan in the room solved that.

It was not my first stay at the Grätzlhotel and it was great every time. We had a spacious and quiet apartment, easy check-in. The neigbourhood is nice and well connected to public transport.

Amazing decoration, very comfy and soft beds, there was a lot of attention to detail when it came to everything, from the tiles, to the soap holders and the room itself! We loved it!

It was a bit tricky to get the right water temperature in the shower. Pillows a bit too soft for my liking.

Nice & contemporary design of the accommodation. . Lovely location close to Belvedere & train station. Clear check in instructions & online support of the staff in case of questions.

Unpleasant smell of moist or fungus, not very well ventilated. Shower ventilation very noisy. Shower door very hard to open/jammed, no spoons for the coffee, no conditioner in the shower. No daylight if you want privacy in the morning so you have to keep the curtains closed because the room is at street level on the street side.
