Somtimes the kitchen was a little messy, but not enough to be too gross. Also sometimes the music in the common area all day was a little bit loud, but it was all good music, so :)

The hostel was really easy to meet people through the nightly dinner that was served by the volunteers. Also the common area was really great for everything, from when I needed to study, to enjoy ing breakkie in the morning with other travelers. Having access to the kitchen was also great! They had salt and pepper and a couple of other things that everyone could use, and there was access to a guest fridge which made buying things and making my own breakkie and lunch super easy.

Lovely place! Would highly recommend, so easy to get everywhere in Vienna since it’s right off a tram line! Lots of shopping close by as well. Staff were all super friendly and the vibe overall was very welcoming. Very clean and would definitely recommend 😌

This hostel is perfect 👌 They have all the answers to everything. You don't even need to book anything before coming. All you need is to show up and they will make a plan for you. They offer breakfast and dinner for a small price. They also have loads of entertainment for the guests. Unfortunately I wasn't able to participate as I had pre-booked plans I attended to. I absolutely recommend this place💯😍

Exactly the hostel experience that I look for; meeting interesting people, going on adventures with them and talking in the bar all evening. The bar area quickly became a living room full of friendly faces and has a piano that was frequently used. Great restaurant-style breakfast, good facilities and some amazing free dinners. Very happy with my stay.

The shower in the bathroom was a bit "wonky" so made it hard to use but decent water pressure and nice and hot, so not too much of an issue.

Staff were really welcoming and helpful. We felt instantly at home. Great value evening meal for a small donation, the most delicious oats for breakfast (lots of other choices too) and other little touches that made it so much more than just a place to sleep. First towel free (no need to bring your own if you are staying just a couple of nights), you can "borrow" a travel card for 4 euros per 24 hours if you pay a deposit. This is half the price of a standard adult 24 hour card. Easy directions on a "grab and go" board to all the places you are likely to want to go, organised activities that would be great for solo travellers especially. Comfortable areas to relax etc....could go on! Only 5-10 minutes walk from Westbahnhof station, 2 minutes from a tram stop, lots of small supermarkets within a 5 minute walk.

The usage time of communal kitchen. We were there during Ramadhan month n we cannot prepare our food in the kitchen for sahur (4 am) because usage time is only until 11 pm. But we can adjust our cook time.

The common areas are well loved, but everything was clean and it was a great value for the money.

Our room was very clean, the staff was helpful with directions, and it was very easy to get into the tourist center from the train station 5 minutes away.

The room was ideal, shower and toilets were clean. I really liked the locker system. It provides a good security. First towel being free and the drinking water makes it a better place. Overall I would say perfect for the budget!!!

Fantastic and very helpful staff especially very lovely person with amazing eye makeup ( I’m so sorry I can’t remember name) and good location. Had private room with shower and toilet. Very clean and bed was very comfy. Ham and cheese toast breakfast was delicious! Great facilities for making own food. Laundry available. Free lockers to store luggage. Fresh cold drinking water tap in reception was awesome!

The service was awesome, the vibe was cozy and inviting. It's also in a convenient location, near the U-Bahn station and quick to get to any place in Vienna. Would book this hotel if visiting Vienna again.

Despite staying for 5 days, hostel provided only one shampoo and one soap, which were not replenished.

Hostel was clean and staff was friendly. During check-in they explained the hotel rules clearly, which helped ensure a smooth stay. The enviroment was also very quiet, allowing restful sleep.
