I understood that the facility I stayed in was previously serving as a hotel. I entered the hotel with the directioners from booking, the door was encrypted, but the facility looked like an abandoned building and it was scary. The elevator was not working, the bed in the room was very uncomfortable, a very thin bed, the pillows were bad, the television was not working, because the elevator was not working, when we reached the stairs, the door we entered the intermediate floor opened very hard at night and I woke up most of the time with a frightening sound for the door, which made me uneasy.

The location was very good, I could walk everywhere, I could go to stephanplatz in 15 minutes. In fact, the facility I stayed in was a very nice place in terms of location. If small touches are made to the facility, I think it is more advantageous than many facilities. I think the quality of the bed, the design of the room and the fact that the television does not work, the lack of a refrigerator is actually a big disadvantage.

It stay was right during summer. It was very hot in Vienna. They did not have A/C or even a fan. The bathroom was unique. Unfortunately the shower drain was clogged. I did report it so that it could get fixed. The contactless service is hard when you need help or support.

My father was in the hospital down a block from this hotel. I needed something close so I could spend time with him. The location is close to many grocery stores, and restaurants.

EVERYTHING IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE. This place is a huge SCUM! They’ve sent as they had check in instructions day before our arrival, ok. We arrived at the property, pin to entrance door was ok (btw it’s a building of the hotel that looks like after apocalypse). With room code began our problems. They provided me with code for digital lock that was not there! I started calling and texting number stated everywhere on the building - no success!!! I called number stated in reservation email, nice lady picked up and promised to call back - NEVER DID, on top of that I failed to reach that number ever again!!!! We waited another 2hours for any response(we already started to search for new place to stay, Vienna Friday evening- HAHAHA), and finally we managed to find cleaning lady, who just rolled eyes and said that “THIS IS CONSTANTLY HAPPENING THERE” she let us in the room and also told us that digital lock was remover from that door day before!!!! So these people provided me with WRONG infromation on PURPOSE!!!! On top of everything they sent me message that “they hope I have pleasant stay and they are here to help” after ignoring my message for hours!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD in Vienna EVER!!!! IF YOU CAN AVOID STAYING AT THIS PLACE - DO SO!!!!

The rooms was occupied at check in! Not only did it take 40 min to reach someone on the phone, I wasn't able to receive any other replacement room and ended up at 22:30 without a place to sleep. The hotel promised to refund me BUT I havn't received any money in weeks despite contacting them multiple times! A real scam company!

Smelt of sewage and clearly not cleaned thoroughly. The place has a lot of potential and just needs some tlc. Its goal is to simply be a cheap place to sleep and freshen up but the freshen up part did not work out.

Beds were comfortable and the experience was very convenient.

The room is small with no table. Temperature in the room was around 30C even during the night (it was in the summer). Mattress was very dirty, bed was broken. There was no kettle for water and even not a single glass. The owner didn't reply to our requests and we received only automatic messages. Because of this, we have to move out earlier. Despite respecting all procedure, the owner was very ignorant didn't want to make any kind of compensation.

We mistakenly arrived before the check in time and the access code that was sent to us seems to be given to everyone the same because when we opened the door there were other tourists inside. This means that it violates security and proves that with that code we can return and enter the room safely without booking.

There were ants in the room, the bathroom smelled of sewer, the tv didn’t work, we basically got the toilet paper from the previous guest and had to ask for more two days into our stay (they brought it the next day though). The building interior is just very old and shabby and there is no reception or personnel whatsoever; the price is quite high for what is offered here which is the bare minimum.

The position is fantastic but that’s pretty much it.
