Excellent hotel and these are just suggestions to make it 10/10 Two things 1. The bathroom and shower is lovely but those shower and shampoo bottles stuck to the wall are really difficult to use. Had to press really hard with both hands to get the soap out. It could be just be me with my tiny hands lol. It's a small thing but would make world of a different for guests like me 2. I wish breakfast was a little cheaper. Didn't opt for breakfast in the hotel because the the breakfast spread was very basic but charged 23e per person which is very steep. Also for some reason there was some confusion at checkout where we were billed for breakfast even when we didn't have it. Eventually got sorted so nothing to worry about.

Price/quality of the room are overestimated.

Good positioning, not far from the center. Very friendly personnel. Parking exists, but a bit of walking from the hotel. Acceptable anyway.

The Hotel is on a good location, provides good service, breakfast was very good. Rooms are well furnished and clean, quiet and comfortable. It is good value for money.

The restaurant, although not hotel's but inside the hotel is pricey, bland food and some of the staff were not nice.

Nice decent sized room. Good facilities inside the room. Nearby transport. Good stores and dining around. Breakfast was nice. Kids playroom was a bonus. Staff very helpful.

The room was really small. There was no hotel slippers. The restaurant’s capacity is not that big so if you are not an early bird then you need to wait for table to get free.

The room size was at its limits for the four of us and we had to manage the space, but this was expected (there were bigger rooms but we chose this one for the price). The air conditioning was quite noisy in this particular room but fortunately we did not need it so that was no problem for us, but could be a problem for somebody coming to Vienna during summer.

The place is really welcoming for families with children, the kids received nice gifts on check in. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, also very efficient (we came in late and got a room in which the sofa beds were not made up, so they changed the room and gave us a bigger one in no time). I was afraid of the garage but it is actually very near, once you unload in front of the Hotel you have a minute drive to the garage and a 3 minutes walk back. The buffet breakfast is also excellent, everything is there and it is served until 10:30. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, even the sofa bed for children.

The hotel was very good. The room was super clean, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. It was little away from my conference center but very well connected by metro.

Bathroom and toilet were separate which was useful in one way but you had to change room to wash your hands after using the toilet. Breakfast was a bit disappointing and a little expensive for what it was

Brilliantly located hotel. So close to U1 Metro and No.1 & 2 Trams.. Room was very comfortable and of a decent size. Staff at reception were very very nice and helpful . Late checkout for free to 1.00pm was very useful.

Weird room service procedure. you couldn’t order over the phone or have it delivered to your room. you had to go downstairs, order it and take it up yourself. just a bit odd.

I’m being picky, (and only because my daughter’s gluten free) but a wider gluten free/dairy free choice would have made it full marks!

Excellent location, 15 minute walk from the airport train, 5 minutes from the Innere Stadt. Really clean and comfortable, good for kids, food and drink always available.

There was a smell of naphtalene in the room (suggesting that some moths deratisation took place?). Our room was in the front, first floor, right above the frequent traffic street, so with opened windows it was very noisy. The closed windows at the other hand were quite good in isolating the noices. There is probably a discotheque or a club on the other side of the street, so there was quite a noice in the nights as well, comming from the people gathering and drinking there on the club entrance. Again, the closed windows solved that, The parking access is a bit uncomfortable, especially when you need to handle multiple baggage. For that I recommned to leave the baggage first in the lobby (when you are checking-in and taking the garage card and instructions), because it is not comfortable to take your luggage with you all the way through many doors of that distant building where the garage is located and then to stride with it few hunderds of metters back to the hotel.

The locality in a walking distance from the city historical center is very good (and that was one of the the main reasons we have choosen this hotel) It is also near to a metro U1 line station. The room was small but sufficient for few nights. The toilet was separated from the bathroom, which was a surprisingly good detail, that I haven't seen in many other hotels. The hotel has a bit uncomfortable parking (located under a different buliding, few hundreds metters walk), but I fully understand that to have parking/garage in Wien center is very difficult. So, the parking is actually good if you don't need to access your car too frequently (we actually used it only once or twice during our stay).

The only thing I didn't like about my stay was "no change on breakfast items". The food was certainly declious but you get tired of eating the same thing when you stay there longer than a couple of days. It would be appreciated if they consider changing even just one main dish on a daily basis.

The room I stayed in (executive room) was spacious and comfy. The desk was also big enough for work. The breakfast offers a wide veriety of food and was delicious. The staff were also friendly and professional.

Some disco-like noise during the night (Friday) disturbing our sleep.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Good location within walking distance to the centre and major attractions. Friendly staff, good breakfast (though long queue in peak hours).
