When we arrived late in the evening we were told one of our rooms was a twin as requested but unfortunately it was made up as a double room- not acceptable. They advised us how to separate the bed and gave us an extra sheet for it but no help was provided to set this up- not ideal after 7hrs of travelling. Breakfast was expensive

Aircon not particularly effective. Noisy roadworks opposite our room were not mentioned when we made the reservation, which was disappointing.

Good sized room, comfy bed, central location. Small fridge in the room was really handy and the tea & coffee facilities were welcome.

The pillows were near to non, it was as if there wasn’t any pillows and I had to put a cardigan under it to push it up. PLEASE GET RID OF THOSE PILLOWS

The property was in a wonderful location easy to find and very nice, we only stayed for a night which we really enjoyed Vienna.

In the evening there is a lot of street noise. Sleep wasn't great.

Hotel location was perfect for walking to all the main sites. Do was spacious and bed very comfortable.

Our room was very small, I would not choose it for a longer stay, but for 1-2 days it's ok.

The amenities were nonexistent; no gym, no pool, many other things missing. However, the location and good price made up for everything else.

The staff were very accommodating to our situation compared to other Mercure Hotels. They were helpful and responsive as well. Amazing location, and good rooms, it was great price per value.

The first room we were checked into had a bit of a sewerage smell and as soon as we reported it to reception, they got us a new room. Great staff.

Both the room and the bathroom were a bit on the small-ish side.

There isn't much to say about this run-of-the-mill city hotel, except one thing which I really liked: It is perfect if you arrive by car. Not only is it easy to get to, but also the hotel is in a quiet street, and there is plenty of space at the door to leave the car to unload / load the luggage. The hotel has an agreement with a parking garage minutes away both by car and on foot. 28 EUR per day, but that's Vienna to you (would have been 44 without the hotel discount). Otherwise the hotel is OK. The location is excellent.

Bit of a odd gripe, but the room bathroom door slides with a rather not so intimate gap round the edge. If you are traveling as a couple, maybe wear some headphones or go out when your partner is...well........you get the idea.

Amazing hotel, great location. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant. Best breakfast I have ever had!!!

When the fire alarm went off at 1.30 in the morning. The staff was not very well prepared. It seemed that the procedure was not really clear for them. They seemed confused and not able to tell the guest what to do and what to expect. Luckily all ended well - no fire But they should work on getting stuff like this clear for the staff

What I didn’t like was that I had to grab my 4 luggage and take them to my room in the 3 floor, no one was there to help or even offer an assistance both in check in and check out. But anyway I have to thank the good lady in the morning I asked her to keep my luggage in the front desk after I checked out until I bring my car from the company, she agreed. I appreciate that too.

The location is in the centre of Vienna, where you can visit the stephansplats plaza and attend many activities. The staff members are very helpful and polite, whether the lady in the evening shift or in the morning shift, and so are the guys in both shifts. They answered all my questions and clarified whatever I needed. I really appreciate that. The breakfast was one the best meals I ever had in Vienna, the restaurant name is: Go Wien the food was delicious and the service was excellent 👍🏻

Location is at the heart of Vienna, everything in the center at walking distance. Hotel offers excellent breakfast, and water, tea, coffee are available for free at the hotel room. Silent (importantant to me) airconditioning in the room.

Just the design of the bathroom was a little unconfortable, these are suggestions not negative comments: there weren’t sufficient place next to sink for big liquid soap bottles (I didn’t trust the strength of the shelf it was placed) and there is need for place/shelf to put soap etc. in the shower.

The location is superb, close enough to almost anything. The satff is great, friendly, fluent in foreign languages and eager to help. They rearranged our parking spot which was quite handy and money saving.
