Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustriaThe room isolation is not perfect and you can hear some noise from the corridor, but it's not a big problem.
Great hotel with modern and spacious rooms and easy check-in. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a coffee machine and a vending machine with food and hygiene products. Everything is clean and in great condition. The hotel is easily reachable by car or from the train station. I was very pleased with the facilities and would consider staying here again!

Czech RepublicEverything was splendid. Clean, neat, cozy. There's a coffee machine as well as a dispenser for all sorts of stuff from Jagermeister to toothbrushes so if you need anything it's there. The only things that could improve the overall impression would be a mosquito net on the window and an air conditioner (when it's 35 C outside at 20:00 it was a bit warm inside).

The hotel is completely new, with modern decoration and furniture. It has a common room with a vending machine, coffee machine and kitchenette that comes very in handy. It also has a snack shop nearby with things you may need for your trip. It also has a meal delivery service which is great.

SlovakiaWe tried to call the reception 10x throughout the day of our arrival and they wouldn’t pick up. There was no reception and no information on how to get in. We are lucky some random person showed us how to get in. Rooms were extremely hot and had no hand soap or toiletries.
