Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I liked the position of the hotel, in the park, room is very nice and big as well as the bathroom, the bed is comfy, the pool is small but very nice, the saunas are also very good. The people, stuff at the reception and in the restaurant are polite, talkative and willing to help

Complimentary drinking water is only available upon arrival and would not be provided when asked for the following days. Was told an ironing board is not available and would only get an iron if other guests returned theirs. Calling reception multiple times with no answer. Breakfast was average.

The other thing is, I think the hotel management can coordinate the dishes better than that. also there is no place in shower room for putting the shampoo and shower gel .
