Everything was very good and appropriate. The location is perfect because it is just in the centre. Moreover, managers are friendly. I asked about the registration paper (in case if it was asked on the border) and they provided me with it. Also, using an iron free of charge was available, although many hostel don’t do it. I stayed in a private room that was cozy with a good bed.

Loved the location in the city and very close to the old town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are simple but comfortable and clean. Always like to stay there when visiting Sarajevo.

All the staff was so extremely nice, Svetlana and Amra and Ena made our trip to Sarajevo wonderful. We loved the location very close too all important things to see. We could asked them all anytime if we needed information. We most certainly will come back. PS : Svetlana from the evening shift is making very great connection to the guest, she is very kind and knows how to approach everyone

Solid, relaxed hostel with a magnificent location in Sarajevo's old town. Facilities were generally good, beds comfy, lockers relatively spacious, and the free towel can be a big plus if you're traveling light. Shoutout to Adis in reception for being very kind and helpful! Would return.

Sometimes I had problems with internet, the signal disappeared and it was slow especially in the evening :(

10 out of 10. The hostel is located in the central part of Saraevo, the location is literally superb if you want to go everywhere by foot. There are tons of interesting places around, actually I didn't use public transport at all, and I spent there almost five days. The facilities are great, I booked a mixed room with bathroom inside, and it was really convenient. Water was warm, sheets were clean, free towel, coffee and tea in the common area, and they helped to turn on the heater because it was a little bit cold. And you can leave your bag here, at the reception, in case of early arriving or later check-out, and that's really helpful! The common areas are nice, there are all the things you need. The hostel itself is pretty quiet place, and my roommates were great! I was an only girl in 4-beds room with men, but no one was snoring 😂 And!!! The goddess of the reception, the hottest director of laundry, Svetlana, just made my staying here so much better!!! 😘 Before that I actually was kinda introverted in things like making contacts in hostels, going to bars or something like this, but I spent the greatest time there. She is nice, kind and adorable person. Thanks for take care of me ☺️ And I found some friends there too. I'm really grateful to her and all of them, cuz my staying was awesome because of them :)

I absolutely loved my stay at Franz Ferdinand Hostel. Traveling solo for a few days, I had the opportunity to meet some incredibly friendly people. The staff, in particular, was great - always ready to assist and create a welcoming atmosphere. They also allowed me to store my bags and enjoy the common areas both before and after check-in/out. The location is perfect, only a few minutes away from the old town. I highly recommend!

The staff is super nice. You get a towel and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen also offers the opportunity to cook for yourself. The location of the place is great. It's generally super clean & taken care of but at some corners you see that the hostel is not very new. But totally fine for a few days' stay. ^^

Residents noisy at night and early morning in the kitchen - need to keep noise down but that’s not about the hostel it’s others not being respectful to other guests
