The room for breakfast was a smoking room and even after a short breakfast, clothes were stinky. For smokers a dream, for non-smokers difficult. The rest of the hotel was not smelling of smoke.

The check-in went quickly and confortable. The hotel is very close to the old town of Sarajevo. Parking places are directly infront of the hotel.

The breakfast is a little sparse and runs out quite quickly. Walls are quite thin and so noise can be heard from other rooms. The armchair in the room is a hindrance to having space to open a suitcase - this may just me my own preferences though :-)

Room was very clean and comfortable, staff were really lovely and helpful (particularly when I got ill), location is excellent and the price is fair.

Something was dripping in the bathroom and we couldn't close that tap so it generated a background noise all night. Room was near the Reception and staff bureaus so, in the morning we were woken up by people talking loudly. For a hotel with theme with books, it is quite loud. It's a bit too much to have "boutique" in the name.

I recommend to chose this hotel for the location. Is near the center while it provides an easy escape if you go North. The employees were friendly. I like the theme of the hotel: books. Yet is not a quiet hotel

Our room door couldn’t be locked from inside but it wasn’t a big deal as we could lock it when we were leaving the room.

Breakfast options were limited. Didn't enjoy it. Air conditioning wasn't working, so had to move to a smaller room with no compensation. I'd have preferred to stay in an airbnb personally.

Bed was comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good, next to the city hall. Its a small hotel.

Breakfast was very limited, everyday the same, but was not a problem for me since I eat very simple in the morning. Coffee was instant coffee :( The ladies working at breakfast restaurant were nice and polite too, felt welcomed everyday when was staring my day.

The location is absolutely fantastic, and very convenient, near everything, nice restaurants, important spots like museums, restaurants, shops, walking distance from all the “must see” around the city center, and very near the cable car too. The staff were great! Arranged pick up at airport so I didn’t need to think or search how to get to the hotel. Zaida at reception was exceptional, very polite, always ready to assist when in doubt, gave some tips related to the city, tours, restaurants, etc and was always smiling and greeting when passing by. The hotel facilities is very simple, but was okay to just have a shower and a good night sleep after been the whole day around. Ah and the view of my room was stunning, facing the river and the trees and the mountains. Woke up everyday and opened the window to get the fresh morning air in my face, making me fell energized to the long tour day ahead :)

There are no vegan options for breakfast, not even oat milk or soya yogurt. Just fruit and bread without butter if you are vegan.

The bedrooms are nice and clean. The location is also good and the staff too l.
