Such an amazing hotel. Very close to ski center. Will be better if no kids around but still good. We had a nice couple massage. Pool has good view of ski ramps. We were lucky to ski with real snow

Great hotel complex with beautifly designed spaciou rooms, buffet for breakfast and dinner. The hotel has a small gym, a wellness center with 3 saunas, pool and options for various spa treatments. This may well be one of the best spa options nearby Sarajevo. For skiers, there are convenient lockers downstairs and when you walk out of the hotel there you are basically on the pist already. Strongly recommend this place for relaxation and experiencing nature.

The pool was refilled a day prior to our arrival, so the water was cold. The sauna was not hot enough, bio spa which usually has some 60-70 degrees Celsius was some 30 degrees. I think that when situations like this happen, the hotel should offer free cancellation in case that was a deal breaker, or they could offer sth in return to make up for what is missing, reduce the price, offer free dinner or something. Bjelašnica has many other hotel, we chose this one because their spa is amazing, that was definitely not what we expected.

We liked everything, the location, the staff, free secured parking, all the facilities, breakfast was great, etc. It was our second time here and we returned precisely because we generally liked everything about it.

The hole area have some water issues , sometimes toilet cant be used became lack of water or pump issues

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nomad! We received a free room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only thing that was a little bit on the downside was the hotel restaurant menu, buffet breakfast in the morning was great but the standard a la carte menu for lunch or dinner wasn't that good, it was decent. That's the only thing I feel that they could improve!.

We loved the overall design of the hotel, it was really unique. We came in the period where there weren't too many people so SPA facilities were usually empty and we enjoyed them in peace and tranquility. Our room was a decent size, we had everything that we needed but most of all, it was super clean with constant change of towels by the staff! Sarajevo is 40 minutes away from the hotel, so whenever you feel like having a bit of adventure, you could go there easily since the roads are great! Overall, it was a relaxing experience for me and my wife and it was the thing that we needed!
